Needed help with a Wall mount toilet, not your ordinary plumbing problem. Rich really stepped up and helped me through the process by making sure I had the correct parts and pieces. He took the time to explain what I needed and why. Exceptional customer service !! Highly recommended. Oh, and the Showroom is amazing.

I called in 4/27/2023 at 3:48 PM. I spoke with an extremely knowledgeable, and extremely professional man named David. David makes every other vendor, and supplier look like amateurs.

When I called in ai gave some very basic description of a commercial kitchen sprayer that I needed to fulfill an emergency situation for one of my clients. David instantly knew his inventory, and said he had what I needed. I expected to show up and have to go looking for the product, go over everything with another person showing pictures and measurements etc. When I got to the warehouse I was greeted promptly by a man at the back desk and was asked what they can help me with. Come to realize this was the same man I spoke to over the phone. Turns out he pulled every single component that I needed to make a complete repair and had it sitting on the counter for me. I didn't even ask him to do that. Right away I am blown away. It gets better. he went over how everything fit together, double checked my photos to ensure this would work for my application. Again blown away! He didn't stop there. He got my business account set up on the fly and even found my resale certificate in the general email box from 3 years ago. All this only took him like 10 min. I was able to take these parts back to my client, and get their repair done correctly without any extra un needed or incorrect parts.

The service I received was perfect, Its very rare to have such great service, and it reminds me on how customer service should be. David did a great job, and I hope he is recognized for his efforts, and un paralleled dedication to customer service.

Thank you to David, and his co workers who supported him during my transaction. Thank you to The manager Rich who I assume is creating a great workplace where the staff can feel free and happy to work how they work best. I also appreciate that this branch has a wide selection of inventory in stock.

One more thing about David. Not only was he taking extremely good care of me and my transaction, he was also helping other employees to locate in very specific detail where other parts for their transaction would be oil the warehouse. He is a truly talented, and gifted employee.

I've been in there twice now, each time we walk in the counter girls don't bother looking up, much less getting off their chairs when customers walk in. I've never seen a company so uninterested in making a sale, or even saying hello. The owner of this company should hire folks who actually like engaging with the public.

I needed Toto Washlet replacement parts. The folks at Standard Plumbing helped me find the proper part number on the Toto Website and when we discovered that the Toto Washlet model I had, had been discontinued and the part was not available from Toto, they helped me find the right replacement. AND they moved to find out where it was in stock and so I could pick it up today while still had the plumber on site. And they gave me a very good price. This was Great Service, all the way along the way. Standard Plumbing appears to fill the void in ""the Great Plumbing Supply store"" sweepstakes - now that our friends at Barron Park Plumbing Supply have retired. I am happy to find Standard Plumbing and recommend them tightly.

So this is an awesome combo plumbing supply store / bath fixtures showroom.

The showroom is reasonably sized and has alot of items on display. The staff was helpful and friendly but non-obtrusive allowing us to browse without the feeling of being stalked.

As a bonus they also have a serious professional plumbing supply part warehouse that is open to the public.

It defiantly off the beaten path but worth a trip if you need apart or want to see bathroom fixtures in their natural environment. Plenty of parking as well

Note that the hours on Yelp are not their hours currently. I drove here from out of town hoping to get here and buy several things for my current project, and they were already closed an hour before I thought they were closing. Super sad.

For the showroom, the markup is quite steep (probably 300% or more), basically what they do is provide a service of matching parts (bathroom, kitchen, etc.) to a customer's needs. If you do your own research and homework, you probably don't need to come here. Another option is to bypass the showroom and go straight to store in the back of the building to get a better price if you know the part numbers
