The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a nice showroom which allows to see many of the items up close before buying. And their prices are competitive, so why would you go to a large chain like the Home Depot rather than to a local small business like this one which gives you personalized attention?
In addition, the toilet we were looking for was out of stock at Kohler and their employees went above and beyond to locate it at another wholesaler. In effect this cut the wait time by a few weeks!
I would highly recommend this store based on our experience.

I ordered a few sinks, faucets, sinks and a tub and Mark was very patient and helpful the whole process. I went today to pick up my order and couldn't fit it all in my truck. I just had a short distance to go. One of the staff said he'd put the remaining items in his truck and follow me. We drove the few minutes and he helped unload. The employee turned out to be Rich, the store manager.

Joeanna and Teresa are great, very friendly and knowledgeable.... within a few minutes of walking in I was helped. They educated me on the different brands and options available. Joeanna and Teresa go above and beyhond! They have a great showroom with lots of selection.... I was able to find all of my tubs, toilets here. Check it out!

Great service at Standard Plumbing. We replaced 3 bathroom sinks and the old plumbing did not line up with the new sinks. Was a mix of iron, metal and rubber fittings. With Richards help we figured it out and he sent me home with all the right parts. I hate plumbing, but going to Standard Plumbing made my day - and my wife is happy.

Adan is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. He provide a lot of great advice given his long experience and knowledge of kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, faucets, shower head, toilets and shower doors. I purchased pretty much all of what I needed for the kitchen sink, faucets and bathrooms through Standard Plumbing Supply and Adan because of his knowledge and customer service. I would highly recommend going to this store and getting help from Adan.

this review is for their customer service (ladies putting in order), not products:

i have to say they're not the friendliest or welcoming. they rather sit behind the computer than walk around with us as we point out which toilet or sink we would like to get a quote/order. not to mention, this one lady said she'll follow up on tuesday but we never got a call or email, so we decided to order everything on amazon. when we do call in to check the status of our order, she just can't wait to hang the phone up. terrible!!! go in with a low expectation.

on the flip side, i've run into the male worker and he was different. he was warm, friendly and helpful. he actually knew when they typically expect delivery (11 to 3PM)...the other lady shrugs and says it comes in throughout the day; yeah thanks for the vague response but maybe pay attention to some logistical aspect of the job or ask someone who knows like the receiving department???

Upon searching for Kohler vendors within my area Standard Plumbing Supply popped up and I decided to visit the showroom. Adan was the fist to greet me and ask if I needed assistance. At the time I was looking for plumbing fixtures but unfortunately due to the lack of an accurate timeline from my contractor I started my search too late for my project deadline. From the collections I viewed at SPS, I loved what I saw.
I switched gears to looking for a kitchen sink. Adan was amazing in paying attention to what I needed and making great recommendations based on experience and knowledge.
My husband and I placed an order for a 30"" wide sink but again unfortunately we were given the wrong dimensions from our contractor and had ordered one size too big! When I let Adan know he was so accommodating and did what he could to help make the switch to a smaller sink easy and painless. That was so appreciated, especially when you are smack dab in the middle of a project with unnerving deadlines and constant changing updates.
We picked out a Kohler, under mount, single basin, stainless steel, 28"" wide sink and absolutely love it.
It arrived right on time and in perfect condition. Adan was always swift to help, kept me in the loop with any update and always willing to answer my questions/concerns with a kind smile.
The showroom is great. It is bright, clean, as an extensive array of every top brand that you need and you are always greeted right away.
I will certainly go back to this lovely showroom for future project and look forward to referring Adan and SPS to my clients and future residential design projects.

We lost hot water in our master bathroom. The problem was a stem piece under the handle. We got the part number from Kohler's website, and called Standard Plumbing, which happened to be the closest outlet for Kohler parts.

Adan answered the phone, and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He told us to come in to order the part, and we could have it in three days. When we arrived, we were amazed at the big, beautiful showroom. We browsed the amazing array of modern sinks while we waited for Adan to be available. Adan was as friendly and helpful in person as on the phone. Really a terrific person to work with, with a level of customer service that is rare to find.

The store called a few days later when the part was in. We picked it up and had hot water within 20 minutes. Saved us a $200+ replacement cost for a this particular faucet.

Adan is a great salesman! We were overwhelmed by so many choices at first since we have four bathrooms and a kitchen to remodel. After we talked to Adan, he was able to nail down what we need and give us a very informative guide as to what we need and helped us search high and low for the ones that we like and suit our needs. He is very knowledgable, always patient, and gave us good suggestions.

On top of his expertise, he is very humorous too. Spending time with him eased our anxiety, and we were able to get things done. It was very enjoyable to work with him. I highly recommend him and will definitely come back for his superior services in the future. If i could, I would give him extra stars!
