So this is an awesome combo plumbing supply store / bath fixtures showroom.

The showroom is reasonably sized and has alot of items on display. The staff was helpful and friendly but non-obtrusive allowing us to browse without the feeling of being stalked.

As a bonus they also have a serious professional plumbing supply part warehouse that is open to the public.

It defiantly off the beaten path but worth a trip if you need apart or want to see bathroom fixtures in their natural environment. Plenty of parking as well

Note that the hours on Yelp are not their hours currently. I drove here from out of town hoping to get here and buy several things for my current project, and they were already closed an hour before I thought they were closing. Super sad.

For the showroom, the markup is quite steep (probably 300% or more), basically what they do is provide a service of matching parts (bathroom, kitchen, etc.) to a customer's needs. If you do your own research and homework, you probably don't need to come here. Another option is to bypass the showroom and go straight to store in the back of the building to get a better price if you know the part numbers

I needed some parts for my Toto toilet that I couldn't find anywhere...in fact, I couldn't even find WHAT parts I needed, as the original parts had been discontinued. Standard Plumbing Supply came to my rescue. I provided them with the model number of my toilet and they contacted the Toto rep, who gave them the new number. As I needed 2 of them, and they only had 1 on hand, they ordered me another one and two days later I was in good shape! Thank you, Dave!

I was referred to this store from another plumbing supply store because I was looking for an odd-sized faucet to fit my 70 year old utility sink in the garage. When I called, John said they had one that would fit but it was out of stock in their location but the Colma store showed them in stock. I had already booked a plumber to do repairs and needed it very quickly. Not only did they get it to me in a day and a half, the price was very reasonable and they called me as soon as it arrived. The guys that helped me when I came in were also very friendly and knowledgeable (remember the 'good old days' when OSH employed retired plumbers?...it's like that!). Good service, good selection and good prices -- all my favorite things.

I came in with some questions for a water softener install and the gentleman, Rich, was very helpful to me as I know very little about plumbing. He thought things out with me and answered all my questions. He wanted to make sure that what I purchased were the right things for the job. I'll definitely return for future supply needs.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a nice showroom which allows to see many of the items up close before buying. And their prices are competitive, so why would you go to a large chain like the Home Depot rather than to a local small business like this one which gives you personalized attention?
In addition, the toilet we were looking for was out of stock at Kohler and their employees went above and beyond to locate it at another wholesaler. In effect this cut the wait time by a few weeks!
I would highly recommend this store based on our experience.

I ordered a few sinks, faucets, sinks and a tub and Mark was very patient and helpful the whole process. I went today to pick up my order and couldn't fit it all in my truck. I just had a short distance to go. One of the staff said he'd put the remaining items in his truck and follow me. We drove the few minutes and he helped unload. The employee turned out to be Rich, the store manager.
