I recently moved to Nampa and had to completely update the house I bought in Nampa. I purchased over $4,000 worth of sinks, toilets, faucets, water softener, etc. from Standard Plumbing. There were numerous issues getting in everything but most were not Standard Plumbing's fault. The issue I have with them is concerning one of my sinks. Quite some time ago I discovered that it had been chipped. It is an under mount sink and an unusual shape so it can't be replaced with just any old sink. I contacted Standard Plumbing and was told they were contacting Kohler to see if it could be covered under warranty. That was probably about a month and a half ago or more. The last time I spoke with the manager, Sabrina, she told me she had ordered a new sink in anticipation of Kohler agreeing to replace it. Since then, I cannot get anyone to answer my calls!! I know they have call waiting by the way the salesperson would answer my calls sometimes - saying ""Hi, Sidney."" About 2 weeks ago someone else answered my call (obviously wasn't familiar with my name) and told me he would leave a note on Sabrina's computer to call me. Not only has she not called me back, I have tried to call them probably 20 times since then. It just rings and rings and rings and never goes to voicemail. I know they see it is me and won't answer as it wouldn't make sense to not answer your phone when you run a business. One time I called back 4 times in succession thinking surely someone will answer. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I need to talk to someone to find out what Kohler decided. If they aren't going to replace it for me, I need to order another one and pay for it myself before they quit making that style. In looking around, I discovered that I can order the same sink for Home Depot at a fraction of what I paid Standard Plumbing, so won't be ordering it from them!! Am very disappointed in their Customer Service...

I usually shop at the Caldwell store because it is located closer to my shop than Nampa. However, Nampa usually has more product on hand. Ever since the change in management in the past year or so the knowledge and customer service has dropped. Numerous times they have ordered in the wrong items. Anything from $45 Air gap cups to $4000 water heaters. The customer service is sub par as well. There are 3 people working and only one person helping customers. Even when an employee has walked up front and completely ignored me as well as other customers. All in all, I only come here due to the location.

Excellent customer service and advice. Went here to look at shower/tub combo trim. Was helped by a knowledgeable man who was able to get me everything I needed for my project. They didn't have one item. Due to my time constraints, he supplied me with product information so I could order it off of Amazon. If every place had service like this, yelp wouldn't be needed! Keep up the good work.
