We didn't have the best experience in the beginning. The technician was rude to my father but the problem was resolved from higher ups. However when went with another company it turns out many mistakes were made.

Technician was very pleasant, but of course tried to add additional features. What I wasn't impressed about was paying nearly $300 to replace a shower valve. Yes I am aware plumbing can empty your pockets, but gesh! $120 an hour and $90 for a cartridge is just outlandish. Basically they charged and extra $40 for a $50 cartridge.

While not completely satisfied with the initial service I received because of price and and a misunderstanding on my part. The company owner contacted me by phone the same day offered me a refund of my service charge and discussed what he could do for me if I was still in need of service. I do appreciate their honesty and willingness to work with people on an individual base.

They told me the cost of an estimate was $70 (or something like that). Then they wanted to bill me for over $300 """"because the tech was there for 3 hours"""". I said no way, bill me what you said you will bill me. She agreed to do it this ONE time. So this one time they will not rip off a customer?

Day 1 I was charged $257 for less than two pounds of R410 Freon. AC still not working. We knew it was probably the fan blower unit still under warranty. In day 2 the tech agreed and wanted $387 to replace a basically free blower unit, a 30 minute job. He said that was to cover his time going to get the unit. BS I pay $100 an hour for driving. Basically asked him to leave the premises. I don't like being robbed.

I called Joe Bowker at Standard and he had a guy out there in just a couple of hours to service my HVAC. The technician was Edward Schiller and was a really nice and professional guy. He spent a lot of time working and the fee was very reasonable. You should give Joe and his staff a call if you need work on your HVAC.

Carlus Blu Wells did a great job fixing our air conditioner. Very friendly and knowledgable. Took the time to do the job throughly and clearly explained the issue.

Have used Standard for 20 Yrs. Most of the time very satisfied. The latest was an issue with our tankless hot water heater. After properly cleaning it out & doing the general service recommended things seemed to be fine. The next day had the same problem again. Curtis & Brian were prompt with their response to my call. THey got on the phone with the manufacurer & went thru' ALL the various codes Noritz (manufacturer) has for this product. It took hours, but the guys stayed with it & eventually got it all straightened out. Thanks Curtis & Brian.

Have been doing business with the people At StandArd for several years. They are a first class operation in every area. Debbie is always helpful and I can count on her to get a technician to my house in quick order. Being maintenance contract holder has many benefits. Highly recommend!

Take advantage of senior citizens. Their service team have been known to sell services that are unnecessary and costly. Run from this company!!!! A one star is too high of a rating.
