Absolutely the best customer service every. I called at 9:00 am Tuesday morning and Brant was over here by 3:00 the same day. Fixed my water. heater and checked it over. Very reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend this business.

Fast, efficient, and friendly! My water heater went out and I couldn't find a reason why. I jumped on Yelp to see who had the best reviews and Stan the Hot Water Man came highly recommended and now I know why! The technician knew immediately what the issue was and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes! Plus, he was super nice! Will use them from now on!

My 10+ year-old water heater was on the fritz as the water suddenly became luke warm... From the first call to Stan, the service was smooth and all communication was efficient. After replacing a sensor and giving the unit a good cleaning, there is hot water again!

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Everyone told me I had to get a new water heater. Mine is over 10 years old, but was working perfectly until just recently. A friend recommended them to me, and I am SO grateful! Turns out it hadn't ever been cleaned and the dust was impacting how the pilot light was working. Johnny replaced the pilot light component, vacuumed it out and instead of having to pay $1,500 for a new water heater, I paid $215 and this one could last a few more years. Johnny was so sweet and efficient too. And he showed me how to light the pilot light myself. He was just absolutely the best!

Important note: The other company that came highly recommended said they had a policy to not repair any water heaters over 10 years old. They could only replace it. I just bought my first house, so it's not like I'm flush with cash these days. I'm SOOOOO happy I can get a few more years out of this one. Great job, you guys! This is one happy customer...who is really looking forward to having her first shower in three days.
