Beware of companies with slick logos, cute anthropomorphized mascots, fancy wrapped van graphics, and up-selling sales people armed with ipads masquerading as technicians and go with the real, honest pros like those at Stan the Hot Water man. You wont regret it.

I call Thursday night and the person on call said do you need someone now Now I said no tomorrow will be okay. He okay we get right on the first thing in the morning. And let know if your problem get worse. Waited all day Friday . NO SHOW. NO CALL. I called at 4:30 PM And was told Hunter was suppose to come. This guy I have had fore. The hot water tank was acting up. I called last night and told the guy on and told him the tank is ruining out of hot water fast. The tank is an 80 gallons. I was told we will get right on this morning . They open at 7:30 AM . And some one will call me then. It is 9 AM NO CALL.!!! I will give them until 9:30 AM to call or show up!! I DO NOT LIKE TO BE LIED TOO!!!!They have been good to be for.

Exactly what I needed. Scott from Stan's knows his stuff! Love it when the expert can walk in, evaluate the issue, and solve the problem. It was a minor issue, a clog in some small tube leading to the a blower fan. Scott fixed it immediately because he knew where to look and what to do. I love it when I see absolute competence and expertise. He knew the ins and outs of my exact water heater, the brand, all of it. Thanks!!!

House call the day before Thanksgiving! The technician arrived a few hours after the call. He called prior, I sent pictures and video. He replaced the flex pipe and fitting to the water heater.

I had a conversion from gas tank to electric tank. While they don't do electrical work, it was easy connecting with my electrician to do the service and Johnny came next day to finish the job.

Had my hot water heater installed in 2021 and am now selling my house only to find out it was not installed up to code. Called them and they said 'we only install them we dont install up to codes'. Will not recommend them because of this. I would never have thought a company would not install something up to code and another $1500 later my water heater is up to code.

We purchased a new tankless hot water heater approx 2 years ago from Scott at Stan the Hot Water Man. Install went fine but we had a strange issue with our water heater continuously turning on/making noise every few minutes. It made the noise but wasn't too noticeable the first year, but then it got progressively worse. We reached out to Scott and he came out multiple times trying to help us figure out what the issue was. Very long story short, it was due to a leak with our sprinkler system but we would have never figured this out with all of Scott's help. He went over and beyond to support us and I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend working with this company. When they say they will support you and the install, they couldn't be more truthful.

Kenny and his partner replaced my old electric water heater.
The also replaced a leaking intake faucet and put in new overflow pipes
and added earthquake straps.
They really know what they are doing and are very friendly.
Their price was very reasonable.
