If I could give 0 stars, I would've. Although my business with this establishment had nothing to do with heating or cooling or whatever else they claim to be. They posted an amazing 31ft trailer on an app for 1550. It said the trailer needed some work. I left the seller, we'll call her R, a message on said app. She then reached back with her phone number. I responded and said I will get back to you around noon. Time got away from me, but I heard my phone message alert and it was an OfferUp message. After opening the message it said the price dropped to 1100. I called immediately! R and I made tentative plans to bring money. R also stated she will sell said trailer for 800. Well that got me on my horse and I was on my way to this business. She called and broke my heart and said another guy got there first. But if something happens, I'll be the first person she would call. 2 hours later R calls again letting me know the trailer was mine. The guy couldn't pick it up until the next day. I immediately used the U-haul App for obvious reasons. After renting the truck, I reached out via text to seller to ask for zip code and another text for hitch size on trailer. Just to make sure all i's were dotted and all t's crossed. I was on my way to Wilmington from south Jersey, about an hour away. I was so excited to finally have something to repurpose. After arriving at this meeting place, I called seller, no answer. I texted, no response. Waited, then realized there was another trailer on the property. I looked at the trailer but wasn't the one I was coming to get. I turned around and seen the trailer from the app being towed to this property. I thought he was bringing it down to me. A man drove up to me with a very curt tone and told me to move that thing out the way. Meaning the brand new GMC I had rented. He gets out of his truck and says ""my wife didn't call you?"" I say ""hello, how are you?"" I talked to her about an hour ago. He says, well it's gone. The guy came back with 1000. Now... I'm not upset that the trailer was sold to the highest bidder, I'm upset that R knew I was travelling a distance and wasted money on a rental for nothing. What is interesting is that the husband asked how much I had to try to sell me another trailer. I told that poor excuse of a business owner "" sir, I would never do business with you."" That explains the piss poor reviews about how they conduct business. I'm so sorry I didn't read the reviews as I do with any business I visit. But I felt inclined because people need to be aware of shady characters. I've been in business as a stylist for about 20 years. It's no way I can let anyone leave my chair disappointed.

A new technician performed our annual heating service yesterday. I was very impressed when I met him - an excellent representative for your firm: competent, skilled, with great interpersonal relations. He gave me confidence our heating system is in good hands.

Thumbs up for honesty and integrity! We had no heat last night and called Stan Perkoski to have someone come out this morning to our home. Minutes later Nick called back and instructed me on exactly what to do to get the system working. Telling me this would save me $$$$, if they had to come out and fix this simple issue. Within two minutes my heating system is running. They are the best and I will always use their company. Thanks Nick!

I had a coupon for free service and their service was good.

However, when I had a leak in my basement wall, I took care of business via telephone while at work. There was miscommunication and I ended up paying for work that didn't fix the leak. I wasn't satisfied with their service.

I just got scammed by this company, they kept giving me different prices while fixing the toilet. Never clearly giving me the total amount. I thought the total amount would be $198.00 which his already high. But the total came to $329.00. At this point you would think they would tell me that getting a new toilet would be best, but they just wanted to get the most money out of us. I would never recommend this company and I will surely never use them again.

Just know that you're into these guys at least $165.00 more than you what you were told before anything begins. The young man caught me at an extremely bad time and I sadly signed off on it before he would even attempt anything. I began with a leak (from which he could not tell me where) and ended up with a leak, $221 less in the checkbook and a $6,100 estimate for repair that didn't cover the tile or drywall that they would need to demolish! I actually laughed out loud when he told me the estimate for the a ""vinyl type"" tub/shower. The plumber then politely informed me that they could provide a source for financing. (For another laugh, I should have asked him what the interest rate was.)
These guys are not a joke, but just extremely misleading and should be ashamed of themselves. For example, I told the man that answered their phones (Nick) that I called them because they purported to be local by the phone number in the local phone book...nope, just a trick to make you think so and good ole Nick did nothing to contradict that thought. He did of course warn me of the $55 dispatch fee...so nice of him. I just wonder how he could have forgotten the $166.00 diognosis fee? Nick also forgot to tell me that if his plumber was unable to identify the source of the leak that the $166 is non-refundable. I'm sure he sleeps well at night, but if you use Stan Perkoski's plumbing for a leak, I BET YOU WON'T!
After the very young, tardy and polite plumber left, I cleaned up the mess that was left behind and I honestly do believe I'll be able to repair the leak myself...wherever it's coming from.

Wow - fast service - called this afternoon they were out here by 3:00- issue was a clogged sink in the upstairs bathroom. We tried everything we could on our own to correct this . Just could not do it ourselves. The guys were very friendly, helpful , professional and they got the job done ! We have used this company for a heating issue in the past and had a good experience after having a terrible experience with another company. They came out twice in the same day to resolve an oil leak for us. I of course decided to call them for this plumbing issue. We had another good experience. We will use them again in the future if we have any future issues. oh and they clean up after themselves . Definatly would recommend them. They are by far the most professional reliable company i have had to my home.

Good work, bad administration
I have a house in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and like to patronize local businesses. So when I looked through the directory and found this business, with a West Chester address, I thought I had one (I don't know whether that mis-listing was Google's fault or the result of fraud on the part of the business).
Anyway, when I called to make an appointment (for repair of a leaking water filter), I was careful to say that I was coming in from out of town, and that the coming Saturday was the only date that would work. They took my particulars and told me that a plumber would be by between 12 and 2. I planned my Saturday around that window.
At 11:29 that morning, I got a call from a Delaware number. This was my first clue that I was not dealing with a local business. The woman calling told me, in a cheery voice, that they were having delays and that the plumber would not be able to be by that day. Barely controlling myself, I told her that I had quite explicitly stated, when making the appointment, that this was the ONLY day I could do it; she said that she could see that in the records. I believe I also mentioned an Internet review; she said she would call back. A few minutes later, she did so to say a plumber would be by later (clearly, it wasn't that hard to make the arrangements).
When he showed up, the plumber was nice, but clearly had little idea of what he was going to do. He tried to turn the intake line off, but could not do so, and he told me that he would need to order a new filter ($1000!). He made a return appointment for 9:00 the next Saturday, and I arranged my next weekend to be there as well.
At 9:26 the next Saturday, I called to inquire about the appointment and leaned that it had been changed (a surprise to me) to 12-2. When I noted that I was told 9:00, the receptionist said she would call to put me next on the list and call me 45 minutes ahead of time. The call came at 11:52, for a 12:30 arrival. So much for ""next on the list"".
The plumber arrived about 12:45. The work was quickly completed and he had left by 1:27. In short, the actual installation took less than 45 minutes, but I lost several hours in waiting, and would have lost a full week had I not raised a big fuss about their honoring their appointment commitments.
I wish I had known this wasn't a local business to begin with, and that they don't think too much about keeping their appointments.

My mother's AC unit broke over the weekend. She called on a Sunday night and she spoke with a manager. She ended up cancelling and rescheduling her appointment. She was told about a $70 dispatch fee upfront and was advised that there would be ""additional fees"". If she went with them for their service the fees would be credited towards her work. However, she was never advised that the additional fees would be $165 for someone to diagnose the problem. Essentially this person told her that she should consider a new unit (how convenient for them) and that she had a refrigerant leak. However, in order to determine where the leak is coming from that would an additional fee. Its appalling that a company can charge $235 for someone to come out and tell you, you have a leak or you should consider a new unit. Honestly, I think the service repair man was there about an hour. I wish I made $235 an hour! I would not recommend this place because even when I called the manager to discuss this with him, he never offered to refund any of the money. Even when I advised I wouldn't recommend this compnay, he showed no signs of wanting to please the customer. It's awful that companies can get away with this. Highway Robbery!

I find this company's customer service to be sub-par! In today's day and economic downturn, one would think that the customer's request and requirements would be considered paramount. I had a 2-part countertop installation project in which the Kitchen Countertop installation was delayed. However, the countertop installation in the master bathroom was completed and ready for sinks and faucets installation. Perkoski's Plumbing and Heating flat out refused to install my sinks and faucets so that I could have the full use of my bathroom, claiming that they could not complete part of the job one day and finish it the following day. Although, it was only 3:PM (was supposed to arrive between 1-3, but showed up just prior to 3PM), the installer commented that he would be on overtime if they started the job at that time. They claimed they needed a day for the countertop to settle, even though the Countertop Installer told them that the sink was reinforced and ready for sink and garbage disposal installation. The delay in installation was completely unnecessary and not a good example in good service to set for me, the customer. Instead, I had to rearrange by Saturday trip to accommodate a plumber who really could have cared less about my schedule and only about its own. Personally, I believe it was a OT situation. Oh, BTW, Perkoski was originally scheduled to arrive in the morning, but called and stated they had no one to work on the job until after 1PM. . . So, the countertop delay was really an non-issue. They wouldn't have been there any earlier anyway.
