Terrible customer service. Had Stan at my house on February 27th for an estimate. Agreed on a price range, and at his request, put the job off for a few weeks until I demo'd my bathroom. Called him March 15th to confirm the day for him to come back out, and all of a sudden his price went up $1000 for the job. When I brought up the need for a plumber, I was told that he gave me the estimate when he was slow, and ""if you don't want to pay that price, call someone else because I don't care. I can make more in a day."" That's a direct quote. Im glad things are going so well for Stan that he doesn't care about how he treats people or stays true to his word.
