Stan was great. He promptly responded to a service request through Yelp for a broken shower valve, at my mother's house, on a late Sunday afternoon! This shower valve would not shut off and water continued to flow down the drain. Stan's service calls are $120 and he was at my mother's house within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a worn out rubber gasket and shut the hot&cold water off at the shutoff valves. He successfully tracked down the proper parts, the follow morning and returned to fix the valve.
I highly recommend Stan, I'm very happy with Stan's service and results and will be calling him in the future.

Absolutely amazing. Stan showed up literally within the hour. We had a bathroom backup in Fremont and he came and fixed my problem, not only quick and efficient but with such a better price than I got quoted. I thought he would change his price or upcharge but he didn't and went above and beyond. Stan came by to fix a broken sink pipe. He fixed it quickly and without incident. He also noticed that there was a major clog in the drain, which he also fixed free of charge (I gave him a tip anyway). Very nice guy. Just minutes after I submitted a request via Yelp, Stan called and proposed squeezing in a visit for our non-emergency clogged sink before the start of his busy day! He arrived within just 1 hour after I made the initial request, and he was polite, quick, professional and clean. In addition to cleaning out a very deep small pipe clog for us, he had replacement parts on hand to fix our crumbling p-trap. He also helped us keep an eye out for potential future watchpoints regarding the particular set up of our toilet and sink, which we had been previously unaware of from prior tenants. He accepts payment in cash or via Zelle, and a very fair price for the services provided. Excellent experience, and I'll be calling him again!

I called Stan because my kitchen garbage disposal stopped working. He told me that the cause of the breakage was the part of the broken plate. And indeed - our child had recently broken a plate and tried to hide the traces of the ""crime"". He replaced the garbage disposal quickly and fixed an old leaking P trap for free. Stan is AMAZING! I called him when my water heater started leaking, it was less than 5 years old! I was so frustrated because this was already my second water heater in just a few years, and I thought, what's the deal with these things breaking so fast?
Stan showed up right on time, super professional but also super easy to talk to. While he was replacing the water heater, I mentioned my frustrations, and he suggested doing a quick inspection of my plumbing - FOR FREE! - to see if something else might be causing the issues. Of course, I said yes.
Turns out, my home has high water pressure, which was putting extra stress on my water heaters and causing them to fail. Who knew?! Stan explained everything in a way that actually made sense (no complicated plumber talk!), and he recommended reducing the pressure a little bit and installing an expansion tank to fix the problem.
He took care of it all quickly and efficiently, and now everything works perfectly. No more worrying about my water heater breaking again anytime soon.
