We had our water heater start leaking and our home warranted referred us to Stallion. They came next day which was great but we're supposed to call 10 minutes out and ever did. Then they say that home warrantee will cover the water heater replacement, the installation and $250 worth of code issues. And then they claimed we had $760 worth of code issues!! Literally my husband could do all the repairs himself for maybe $150! I asked them to please let me call my husband and explain because we thought everything would be covered. They got upset and said they didn't have all day. I came back in just a minute and said they were good to keep going. Well apparently the guy i said that to didn't speak English and thought i said to leave. So they pack up and start leaving. Then they come to my door and say they capped the water lines and are leaving even though they weren't done. I was so confused! Then my husband came home because of the confusion and they were so rude to him! He asked if they would leave and we would take care of it ourselves. Then they left the gate wide open and our dog got out. Luckily we realized quickly and my husband ran out and asked if they saw our dog. One guy laughed and said ""oh yeah he's down the street"" i would never recommend this company. They were so rude and so over priced. Thumbs down.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. The most unprofessional, unskilled plumbing company I have ever used. They have been dispatched by our warranty company several times to fix the SAME bathroom sink leak that they didn't get right the first time. We were told a senior technician would be sent out for the fix. Well they came today, and it was the same techs that did not do the job right the first time. They said the recheck wasn't needed (after a different plumbing company, All State, was dispatched to give a second opinion about their work before they could even come again to begin with) and that they would be charging us. Their tech Mike W. was rude, argumentative, and unprofessional from the start. Then when we called the office to tell them they did not do the job the warranty company approved, they hung up on us. Both the office staff and some of their techs need a lesson in manners and what a good business should act like. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!! They do the exact opposite of what the warranty company (AHS) tells them to do and it is hours on the phone back and forth between the two to get anything addressed.

To preface, this was a home warranty call. I had a leaky valve in the home we just purchased, the warranty company sent these guys out. After missing the first appointment the guy finally showed up. He told me the valve was illegal and not covered but did manage to make the leak worse. I fixed it myself. My faucet in the kitchen was leaking as well, he tore it apart and it leaked worse. He put it back together with non matching parts and now the faucet has 1/4 inch gaps between the body, handle and base. To top it off he had the hot set so you had to turn the handle until it hit the wall and only fixed it because I called him out on it. He clearly didn't want to be here and by the end of the appointment I didn't want him there. In the end it cost me $65 for him to tell me my valve was illegal, made it leak worse, and ruined my faucet. It's a month later and my faucets handle fell off today, stripped because he used wrong parts.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!!! They have terrible service and poorly trained plumbers. I used them to fix a leaky valve on my water heater- not only did they not properly complete the job (the leak seemed fixed for the moment that the plumber was at my home, but after he left, started leaking 5x faster and resulted in flooding and mass water damage in my basement), but they REFUSED to stand by their work and come back to complete the job. When I called the company to ask them to send a different plumber to fix what the first plumber did not, the phone agent refused to send anyone and hung up the phone on me! I have never in my life dealt with a WORSE COMPANY!!! Please call anyone but Stallion Plumbing! There are numerous bad reviews on this company all over the internet.

First American Home Warranty assigned Stallion Plumbing to me when I needed some plumbing items fixed under our home warranty. Stallion made three appointments on three different days that they did not keep and they did not call to let me know that they were unable to keep them so each time I arranged my days around the appointments. Each time I had to call when it was past the time period that they were supposed to show up to find out what was going on. When I called after the first appointed time, they said that the snowstorm had thrown them off schedule. I thought that was understandable so I made another appointment. I called after they were no shows for the second appointment and I was told a new person was doing the scheduling and they were very sorry and it would not happen again. Understandable I thought so I made a third appointment. Again they were no shows!! When I called them, they said that they had notified First American and had scheduled a fourth appointment with FA!!! In all three instances they never phoned me to let me know what was going on. About the worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!!!

Mike and his helper Stewart were here within hours of a report though American Home Shield that our water heater was leaking. He arrived with the right water heater, fixed some issues and was done in no time. My husband is pretty picky about contractors and he was extremely happy with the work done. Thanks Mike for getting us up and running in a few hours in the middle of serious snow in Park City!

I have so start off saying that I didn't end up using Stallion Plumbing and Drains for my service, but I should have. When I called about my main water line problem, someone promptly answered the phone and said they would get someone out to me the next morning by 10:00 A.M. Good to their word Mike and Jamal showed up at 9:30, even after they had the address wrong to discuss my problem with me. Super nice and knowledgable guys that you can trust. They gave me a quote, the lowest priced one I had received. The only issue was I needed it fixed and was going out of town for work so I couldn't wait the day and a half until they were available to come take care of me. Looking back I should have told them this and I'm sure they would have done what they could to make it work for me. So long story short, I went with someone else, paid more, and wasn't really satisfied with the service in the end. You can read my review on that company if you would like. If you want a plumber that does what they say they will, and you can trust. Then stallion plumbing and drains is who you should call.

We had an extension tank spring a leak and water was everywhere. After shutting off the water in the house, we called Stallion Plumbing on a Saturday and were here in less than an hour. They replaced the extension tank quickly and professionally. We also chatted about a few other issues in the house for later. He was patient and took the time to answer our questions. I have them on speed dial now for plumbing problems. They were also very reasonably priced. I was worried about cost but was pleasantly surprised.

We had a broken water line coming from the street. Stallion came out within a few hours, gave us a reasonable estimate and started work right away. When it was done, they charged less than the original estimate. But...
The next day, my wife heard water gushing from our crawl space. The workers had not properly connected our sprinkler system. A fitting came loose. We shut the water off and called Stallion. They came back out the next day and worked on it again. They said to wait a few hours before tuning the water back on. When I did so, it blew apart again. They had tried to connect PVC with only about a 1/4"" of pipe inserted into a joint.
I called again. They came back out and worked on it once more. They said they would come back to test it and be sure it was working right. They never did.
When I did test it out and turn on the sprinklers, I discovered that they had broken one of the sprinkler lines in the yard while they were replacing the main water line from the meter. Either they didn't notice it or they chose to ignore it. I had to repair that myself.
I am satisfied with how it turned out in the end, mainly because it was less than the original estimate. The quality of the service itself left a lot to be desired. I doubt that I would use them again.

Provided great service, quick and friendly. Prices were competitive and reasonable.
