Tyler and Nathan were not only extremely professional (prompt arrival, shoe coverings, etc), but they were also ridiculously kind and thorough. I had an HVAC system installed by a different contractor who cut a few corners, and they mitigated the deficiencies by fixing what they could on the spot. Additionally, they ordered a new part that couldn't be fixed today and offered to schedule a new appointment. I plan to request them specifically next time!

Overall, Stallion has been very pleasant to work with; they came out same day when my boiler broke in the winter and ordered a new one and installed it within 5 days. Their quotes are fair, and scheduling is easy. The only weird thing is they have a lot of different phone numbers, and their email is @serviceexperts.com, which confused me at first.

I had a great experience with their plumbing service. As part of their maintenance program for plumbing and HVAC, Matt the plumber came to check my drains and lines. He called in advance of his arrival and was professional and efficient in thoroughly checking everything. I appreciated his helpful answers to my questions. He showed me what to look out for and gave me tips and instructions to prepare my lines to the outside spigots for winter.

They called and cancelled on me less than 24 hours before my scheduled job and offered to reschedule me for... 8 days later. I had to scramble to try to find someone to come on very short notice. I called twice to ask for my quote payment to be returned due to their last minute cancellation. Twice I was told that someone from management would contact me. Guess what, no one ever called me- surprise! Terrible customer service! Trust me and just take your business elsewhere.
