Chattel E.On 12-9-2016 I PAID around $100 dollars for a technician to come out and fix my furnace in my home he stayed about 10 minutes and claimed he had to order a part from RUDD which would be in either on the following Monday or Tuesday, without receiving a call from them on either of those days my wife decided to call on Wednesday 12-14-2016 that is when she talked to a Tracy and says they couldn't get the part and had to get them to drop ship it to them on Thursday! NO call and the service was a ZERO, but 1 star was the lowest it would let me choose! Go elsewhere even out of the county for a better experience and quicker! Hope this helps someone else from making a huge mistake going with this company!
D A.These people offer the best service anywhere! Their workmen are knowledgable, owner responsive and on top of his business ,and office staff extremely helpful. Whenever we have called with a pressing or not so urgent concern,we have had a response in a very reasonable time. They show up when promised and you can count on the work being done right. Have used them for both plumbing and air. They even were able to discover the reason a two year old A/C unit installed by another local company never appeared to work correctly.....a part was actually left out!
Can't say enough except you get what you pay for and while more expensive, the products they represent are top of the line.
