I was having sump pump issues. My sump pump has a backup system. The experience wasn't bad, but it took 3 weeks, I made 2 trips to Home Depot for parts & 4 visits by 3 different Staley's tech to have my system up & running. All the techs were professional & efficient. I just didn't know I would be responsible for getting the parts & then paying Staleys to install them.

I have used Staleys for years since 1993. Installed new air conditioner, toilet and plumbing in basement, furnace service calls and many other repairs or new installs. Never had a problem. On time, fair prices and honesty. You can go wrong with Staleys.

We recently moved into a house that had a very high iron content in the well water. I called three companies for quotes on an iron reduction system and ended up going with Staley's. I called one of the bigger, well known companies in the area and they were willing to come out if I paid for the service call. I paid the $80 fee but the quote from Staley's was lower and they came out free of charge to check out the setup in my house. I ended up having them install a new 75 gallon water heater because the installed price on that was also lower than two competitors.
They installed on the date promised, called to say they were on the way and completed both jobs in about 4 hours. The installers were professional and did a nice, clean job making all connections. The blower exhaust pipe coming through the siding on house had to be replaced and they did a good job of retrofitting the new PVC. They cleaned up and showed me how the iron reduction system worked before leaving.
Just took a shower and was happy that there is no more metallic smell in the water!
I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

My AC wasn't working. I had another company come to fix it. I have a home warranty and that company chooses the repair co. I had no choice. The repairman looked at AC, looked at the furnace and after 2 hours said I need a new AC and because it wasn't good to hook a new unit to an old unit I really should get a new furnace since they were both 25 yrs old. I scheduled an appt with that company to price new units but also scheduled Staley's. I had had them come out before to fix my furnace, was pleased with the repair work. Staley's repairman came, looked at it, said I needed a few leads changed, was a pound low on coolant and needed a new condenser. I have him the go ahead to fix it and within a few minutes my AC was up and running. Staley's saved me thousands of dollars!! I know I need to replace the furnace and AC in the near future. You can bet I'm going to call Staley's!!!

Best plumbers out there, price is great!! Mark is great, works quick and gets everything done and cleans up after himself. Never shows up late and always calls when they are on the way. We never have to wait long to get stuff taken care of and they have an emergency service that can get attention right away!
