Suspect a leak. Called them and they came out and investigated and suspected the leak between the main and the house. Made it sound very complicated and said the repair would cost $2k.

Gave them ok to proceed. They came out the next morning. Spent a couple of hours, cut the pipe, inserted a plastic sleeve and reconnected the pipe after cutting a large hole in the living room wall. Said they were done and left. Said they don't repair the holes they cut and I'd have to hire someone to repair what they cut up.

So $2k for just a couple of hours work and a hole in my wall to fix at my expense. Crazy

I wouldn't hire them again and I'd definitely get other bids. Price was way out of line with what they did. I can understand giving a maximum bid to cover complications, but they should have know it was a few hours work and pass the savings along.

I have an older home (1949) with original plumbing fixtures, which I wanted to keep. Several other plumbers could only recommend replacement - Brad took one look and said, ""No Problem!"" and had things fixed in no time. The bathroom sinks have exposed plumbing with hard tube chrome supply lines - these were replaced and the new chrome lines look better than the originals ! All the other work he did for me was top notch as well.

Brad is fast, knowledgeable, and won't steer you wrong! I was formerly a plumbing and mechanical inspector for a city and can recognize top quality work, which is why I highly recommend Brad and his company.

Brad and his team was very professional and reliable. They showed up each day until the project was completed to my satisfaction and all my questions were answered. My wife is sensitive to dust and pollen, so they were very careful about vacuuming their drywall cuts. They laid out mats to protect the carpet and wood floors. The project took four days to complete which aligned with my expectations and estimated timeline. My only wish is that he was not so far away.
