I hired Staiger Plumbing from referrals on Nextdoor. Staiger Plumbing sent two techs to correct plumbing defects based on a home inspection. My husband was not present during the install and we later discovered we were grossly overcharged. Each repair was quoted at $150 that included kitchen faucet replacement, pipe reroute, bathroom faucet replacement, tub downspout and outdoor faucet repair in the grill area. We still believe the kitchen faucet was installed incorrectly as the hose faces sideways. The other water lines were not turned back on after the kitchen install.

The owner arrived and told my husband one of his plumbers was recruited from McDonalds. I just felt uncomfortable and would not recommend their services.

Did a great job with our slab leak. Fixed the problem right away. Even called that night to make sure everything was ok after I reported a strange smell which turns out was from the soldering. Fair price. Would recommend hands down.

Brad came out to fix a slab leak at my house. He did an excellent job. Not only that but he is cool as heck, just a really a neat guy.
The work was quick and efficient and the slab leak is no more. Would definitely recommend Brad to others that are in need some plumbing services..

BEWARE !!!!! if Staiger Plumbing recommends Carl Terzian from Alltra Fresh Cleaning Specialists Inc. (the company used to be called Flood Patrol). Look up the Yelp reviews.

I had a slab leak and Staiger Pumbing did a great job fixing it but they recommended Carl Terzian for water damage restoration even though they knew he has a bad reputation which is why I gave 1 star. Staiger Plumbing has lost my trust and I will be using another plumber from now on. Carl Terzian is a SCAM artists. He tells people that insurance will cover everything and that he bills insurance. He didn't give an estimate. Floors were removed and before he was even done with drying the floors he placed a lien on my property. Insurance denied my claim and now Carl is charging me and suing me. When I went to next door neighbors and what's up corona on Facebook to ask for advice I found so many people that Carl Terzian has done this to and I found that Staiger Plumbing is in on it. DON'T TRUST THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH!! (I wish I would have, I'm just trying to help others to not fall in my same situation)

I needed help in fitting my dishwasher which broke off from its spot. I heard from couple of people that it is a lot of work. But Brad came fitted it correctly in less than 10 minutes. I had requested additional help in fixing shower heads and the water purifier. He had no hesitation in doing it and also gave me tips on how to do it myself. Highly recommend !!

Two slab leaks in a span of a month.
They came 2/19/21 to fix the slab leak from bathroom to laundry room.
They came again 3/8/21 to fix the slab leak from kitchen to water heater.
Hopefully, no more leaks!!! :(

But they were --
1. Very professional - they explained where the leak was coming from, how they were going to fix it, and the time it would take. They came with masks and gloves as well.
2. Available & Punctual - I called this morning and they came within the 2 hours and fixed the leak
3. Quick & Clean - they were very quick with the fix and very thorough with the cleaning at the end. They put stove and console back to where it was.

Would I recommend them to my neighbors and friends? Absolutely.

Easy communication with Brad over the phone.

Another successful slab leak taken care of by Brad and his team. They walked the job on one day and were here the next, 2 hours and they were done.
They were all very punctual,polite and COVID aware.
