Absolute criminals. Please do not use these guys. I called them instead of my normal plumber because these guys were readily available on an urgent repair. They recommending replacing the sewer line in the yard which was already PVC (which I was unaware of), which of course did not fix the issue but they happily charged me $5.5 K, - the issue was the cast iron piping underneath the house. I wasn't made aware at the time that the repair would stop at the house so several weeks later, when the same back up happens, they informed me of the house to alley "mis" repair but then stated I likely had two problems. Of course the plumber that diagnosed the issue is no longer an employee for them. Great. How is it they have so many positive reviews on yelp?

Got a clogged drain and need a new wax ring replaced, Matt and Cameron showed up and take cared of my problems. They are very professional, friendly and clear on pricing. Definitely would call Staggs Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

I cannot say enough great things about Staggs Plumbing. We noticed a leak under our kitchen sink yesterday (Thurs night) and woke up today (Friday morning) and immediately started calling plumbers to come out ASAP.

I went to Yelp and just started dialing every plumber with decent reviews and called about 5-6 plumbers and everyone was booked. Then I called Staggs and they said they could send someone same day between 12-4. After calling so many plumbers, I was SO thrilled I found someone to come in such short notice.

It gets even better - Matt (the owner's son) and Cameron (the owner's bonus son) came even earlier than expected around 10:30am! They put little covers over their shoes (love that), looked at the issue and fixed it -- all within the hour AND for a reasonable price. It was just $375 and other plumbers via Yelp had quoted me $550+ by just looking at the pics I had provided.

I still can't believe how fast, efficient and friendly they were. We woke up this morning with a huge problem and now its fixed before lunch. I have never had a better experience with a contractor. Wow. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our washing machine located in the garage of our 58 year old home, backed up causing an an additional backup in our kitchen sink. Laundry and clean dishes were not happening with this issue. I called Staggs Plumbing based on Yelp reviews and received a call back from April who was very informative and helpful. This was around 1:00pm and a little after 5:00pm, Patrick arrived to access the issue/clog. As suspected, he had to get on the roof with an electric machine to unclog the pipes. Did I mention it was 103 degrees at that point? It was extremely hot to say the least! Patrick didn't flinch. He had to make at least three trips up the ladder on our roof and after meticulous attention to detail and pure hard work and skill he resolved the issue. Patrick was kind, professional and knew his craft well. There was a $325.00 Emergency/Sunday additional fee, but due to our schedules it was well worth it after this experience. I highly recommend Staggs. Patrick and April are awesome! Give Staggs a call and you won't be disappointed. Honest folks to do business with and exceptional communication and customer service.

Randy came out and look into my slab leak/plumbing and found no leak on my side of the townhome I live in. He was very nice and answer all my question and on top of that he wasn't brother by me hover around him the whole time. He did a leak detctor test, ran my washer, check main water and shut off valve and also check water pressure. He took his time look into the issue. He said the leak is coming from my neighbor

Two technicians came to home for hot water heater estimate. Were advised of size needed, and age of existing. Gave price--highest of 5 we got, but could not tell me brand used, warranty info--basically nothing. $89 charge for nothing. This was the only company that charged! Advised dispatcher of lack of info given--said she would have the manager call me. He never did--would not trust them to do any work.

2 stars for polite representative and quick dispatch. Unfortunately, I was not told about a charge for estimates beforehand. I followed their prompt for "Get a quote" and a fee was not mentioned. Two guys showed up. Were here less than 3 minutes and seemed confused that I only wanted an estimate. They looked at the projects, went out to the truck, and came back in with a reasonable fee (at least for these days with inflated prices) but only then announced that there would be an $89 fee! I agree there should be a fee for their time and gas, but there's no way the 7 total minutes of travel and eval was worth that kind of money. Choosing to go with a more up-front company even tho I will have wasted that $$. Just can't see giving more cash to them after these actions left a bad taste in my mouth.

Randy Staggs, owner of the company, responded very quickly to our request. He installed two new hand-held shower heads, a leak detector, and checked our main water shut-off valve for proper operation. He's smart, experienced, efficient, and thorough.

We needed our furnace checked because a home inspector who went over our condo with us prior to purchase was unable to inspect the furnace because of the bolted cover over it. Randy recommended his other company, newly created Dallas Heating and Air Conditioning, to do the furnace check.

With my okay, he called the technician, Vincent Marrone, and he arrived at our condo in just a few minutes. Surprisingly, he found that the 2018 furnace was not wired in properly and that it was not operational. He corrected the wiring and we smelled the heat for the first time since buying our condo in February!

I cannot recommend Staggs Plumbing and Dallas Heating and Cooling strongly enough. We signed up for annual HVAC checks because Vincent was so impressive on his first visit here.
