Get a price before they come to your house or expect a hefty trip charge before any work is done. I had bought the specialized part that needed to be replaced on an outside faucet. Turn the water off and remove the handle, then line up the parts from the bag and replace the old handle......$265. So I paid him $59 to leave my house. Hope this helps other people.

Needed a new hot water heater and I'm very happy that I chose Staggs. They gave me a fair price, came out when they said they would and on time, and completed the job quickly. I also had a clogged bathroom sink which they also fixed for me. I would recommend them to anyone and will be going to them again for any of my future plumbing needs.

I had three sinks serviced. I have some pretty old plumbing that needed a few updates. After a kitchen sink leak caused by a broken cut off valve, I needed peace of mind it wasn't going to happen around the rest of the house. I had three sets of cut off valves replaced with the new kind that aren't rigid and don't break. I also had two sinks that were draining slow and one faucet that was dripping.

Two guys showed up and after giving them the list of improvements, went straight to work. The work was completed quickly but not rushed. The two new faucet replacements look great and all six cut off valves look professionally done. I was also pleased with the price.

I've had issues with Baker Bros and Benjamin Franklin fixing and then causing other issues. I doubt I'll have that problem with Staggs. Now I just need to find a good electrician to replace all of my loose power outlets.

April, Jeff, and Jonathan were wonderful!! April got us put on the schedule in no time and they came to our house very quickly! Their communication was on point! I even received a text when when they were en route! Very kind, VERY professional and didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions. We called with tankless water heater problem and they came out promptly and fixed it. 3 months later we had problems again. Derek, same tech, came out same day and explained what was wrong this time and cleaned/fixed problem. We will go with annual service as they recommended. Way overpriced for their cost of labor. Call around for quotes. Many other companies don't even charge a service fee to come out for an estimate.

Great service! On a Thursday evening, I had a water line bust and begin to pour water into my crawl space. I had to turn off the main water line and spoke to several plumbers for help. Staggs showed up at 8am Friday morning, while other plumbers said they would not be able to help me until Monday morning. The price was reasonable and I had water by 10am. Staggs will be my go to plumbers from now on.
