Horrible customer service! Said they would come at 8am, no one showed up. When I called to find out if the plumber was going to show up, he told me to call someone else if I'm not happy! Would never recommend this company. The owner himself is extremely rude !!!!

We had a main line leak and called stagecoach to come out to repair it. They came out then had to go to Lowe's for supplies and the plumber was gone for over an hour and we got charged for the labor while he was at Lowe's. Lowes is about 10 minutes away from us and he was getting basic supplies like PVC pipe, glue and tape it shouldn't have taken him that long at Lowe's but we were still charged for it. We called to ask about the labor charges and they were very rude. This guy was milking the clock for extra labor time. Don't use these guys

Where to begin, showed up a day late to change out a water heater that was quoted 1850 to do Job then before they came went to sign for work I noticed additional 230 for labor. Not today got it back to $1850.
Two guys show up about 9am for a job that normally takes one guy about 2 hrs. Let me say the guys were very professional and respectful!
They get old WH out then wait for owner to come with no WH picks up one guy to drive from Lodi to Stockton for new WH. Fast Fwd get done about 12:30- 1. How is this guys in bussiness. That 8 hrs of manpower. In photo you will notice existing straps the one at bottom should of been moved 4 in above control valve, next @ the drip leg the flex line should of went into the Tee Vertical, moving on @ the T&P relief valve the copper line is back grading, and finally no pipe insulation on hot flex line. I've been a Plumber for 28 yrs but selling house and didn't have the time. Oh they were nice enough to write ""Stagecouch Pluming"" with date on WH. As a plumber we're not spelling champions but geesh at least spell company name right and Damm sure spell Plumb-ing right. The first word is what we should know very well! SMH
I will say again I gave a star because the two gentleman that did the work were very professional and respectful.
The T&P backgrade is prolly the biggest issue as if any condensation builds up it won't flow out but sit against relief valve and corrode possibly causeing it to stick if temperature or pressure got to high. It needs to be relieved through that valve. If it don't open we got a 200lb Rocket going through the roof.
The price for WH plus hardware is roughly $850.
That's a $1000 bill for labor then tried to add additional $230 for labor, guess 1K wasn't enough. ??

Had my shower snaked by them. They were able to respond that same day and unclogged it no problem, but they completely stripped the screws out on my drain cover which is very sloppy.

It went unnoticed until I went to try to fix another clog 2 months later, and can't do so because I can't get the cover off. I called again for them to fix it but was told I'd have to wait a few days and am inconvenienced because of their mistake. Now I'm stuck with a clogged shower that I can't get to, because they don't feel that it's a priory to fix the damage they've done.

They were initially responsive for a paid job, but unfortunately did sloppy work and don't prioritize coming back out to fix their mistakes. We'll be looking for another plumbing company to use and recommend to clients in the area if anyone has any suggestions.

Our pilot light went out and we could not get it to light. Called Stagecoach,
Will came out did light it and also drained our tank. We felt it was a very
resonable price. Would we call them again? Absolutely!

Stagecoach came out to our property to repair all the leaks and fix everything ABC plumbing did not. I would highly recommend stagecoach Greg and his team are very professional and knowledgeable.

Will came out and did the requested work. No issues..... My issue was/is 1.5 hours labor = $142.50. Yes, I know there is travel time, but, he mentioned his next job was just down the road. Should travel time be reduced somewhat? Is that next customer also going to be charged travel time from their shop in Lodi or from my house just down the road? Next time I need a plumber, I will ask about rates. p

Called Stagecoach due to emergency call. Spoke to Will who provided the emergency prices and then became very rude on the phone when asked about availability. Seems like he was having a bad day and didn't need the business. Tried to give local business but going back to Big National plumbing Company who take pride in delivering good service!

I placed a call to other plumbers and they were the first to respond. So I took a chance... I could not speak highly enough about their work. Will was super helpful! I recommend them, hands down.
