I am writing this review because Stafford went above and beyond to help me with my project, and I highly recommend them. Stafford helped me with plumbing for a bathroom renovation, and they did an excellent job (even the other contractors working on the job commented on the quality of Stafford's work). They are professional, responsive and always showed up on time. Again, I highly recommend Stafford.

There was a leak in our basement and due to the fact that it's the night before thanksgiving, we couldn't get ahold of anybody to help. We started to lose hope and panic while water continued to pool onto the floor. We looked up ""24 hour plumbing"" and found Stafford. Thank the good Lord we did! They saved us. Lauren answered the phone right away and was very calm and sweet. She immediately put us on the phone with Jim and he walked us through what to do, step-by-step until we were able to fix the problem and get things under control. You guys saved us and saved our thanksgiving! I'd recommend them any day! You guys are the best :)

I called Stafford plumbing two weeks after the mess from Ida to check the furnace at my elderly mother's house. They were the only one who returned my call and scheduled someone to come to look. I understand everyone was busy, but to not call back or recommend another company was upsetting and stressful. I was thankful that they did. Dave showed up on time in the pouring rain (again). He looked over the furnace thoroughly, and was honest when he said everything looks okay. Turned it on and everything was fine. He even looked at the hot water heater without me thinking about it or asking to make sure that everything was safe to use. I highly recommend using Stafford plumbing. They are my heroes and now my forever plumbing and heating company!

Not having to go to the store to get a gas tank refilled for our grill is life changing! Jimmy was able to schedule a time to come practically immediately in order to run a gas line directly from my home to my grill. He finished in no time and the price was so reasonable! His charming personality was the icing on the cake.

Recently, Mr. Stafford helped us with a septic issue we were having at our house. We couldn't figure out why our plumbing was backing up. We called them on a weekend and Mr. Stafford was at our home within the same day. He worked to ensure our problem was fixed that weekend. We have been using his services for years since he is local and trustworthy. He is always prompt with his service and always does a great job! Would recommend to anyone.

The workers were complete gentleman and were great explaining to my wife what our options were for correcting our issues. We are first time homeowners, new to the process of hiring for services.  Jim Jr. from Stafford Plumbing and Heating made us feel comfortable from the very start.  From the initial phone call, to the end of our appointment, Jim Jr was very honest, upfront, and handled all our questions with ease.  We had a few stoppages due to the older piping that needed to be addressed immediately. We have since had no issues with these stoppages, and the price was fair and just.  While there, Jim Jr. also assessed our hot water heater and existing plumbing in the basement free of charge.  I would highly recommend Stafford Plumbing and Heating, especially to those who are looking for someone honest and respectable.

I am not sure why I waited so long to put this review up. About 2 months ago my heat stopped working. I called stafford and the man was very nice on the phone. They did send someone over later that day. That was great.
But! The repairman spent a total of 45 minutes in my home and another 20 minutes talking and talking outside The sensor was dirty and he dusted it off. He then charge me $346.00.
Are you kidding me? Even if the visit costs $200 to come out...still ridiculous, it was another $105 to dust a sensor? Perhaps I was charged for the total time he was there. 20 minutes at the furnace and the rest of the time talking and talking.
Will not use them or recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed. I should have looked at the reviews first. There seemed to be many negative reviews and I would not have called them if I had seen them first.
