Had Stafford come out to find leak coming from upstairs bathroom area. They cut 1 hole in the garage ceiling drywall and said they didn't see any leaks. They left after 30 minutes an charged $100. After 20 more minutes the dripping water reappeared. I called them back, they proceeded to open 4 more holes upstairs and said they couldn't find anything. Another $100. The only good thing was his assistant replaced our garbage disposal and did a great job. I had to call a specialty plumber that does ultrasonic testing to find a slow leak, opened only one hole, and took 30 minutes to repair. Stafford left me 5 holes to patch at a cost of $200 for nothing. Never again.

Mr. Stanford did a great job. I called him and left a message, he called back, told him what I needed and gave me a quote and time. Was there when he said he would be, did the job and I had some parts missing he had them. The quote he gave me was the same he billed me (ex. $10 for parts). And, it wasn't an arm and leg! Well, maybe an arm, just kidding. I would absolutely recommend him.
