They came and installed 3 faucets in our bathrooms. We supplied the faucets and even had the cabinets cleaned out before they got there. Appears that their plumber turned it that it took 4 hours to install 3 faucets, that was not accurate. Called and spoke with the owner. He said he would call me back, but never did. Today is get a past due invoice for $444, he reduced the number of hours to 3.
We have used them several times in the past, and were satisfied.
What really surprised us is that when they left they took, without asking all the copper tubing and old faucets. Had they asked I would have told him to take them, and gave him some other copper tubing we had. I had to go and retrieve the box from the back of his van. Felt like he was trying to steal from us. We didnt want the scrap metal, but it was ours.
Use them if you have too, but make sure they leave with only what belongs to them.
For them to take the box without asking was very disappointing.

Multiple service calls and thousands of dollars later on unclogging and clean out installs (none of which solved our constant plumbing problems) I eventually contacted a different plumber because I grew tired of feeling like I was being given the runaround by Staas Plumbing.

I genuinely felt they preferred I just call them back for service calls every few months instead of making the permanent fix I asked for.

I grew frustrated because no one seemed to be able to discover the cause of the constant backups the house was having.

Finally, I contacted Blount's Instead and they found the root of the problem and fixed it once and for all. No more headaches and no more service calls.

Call Blount's if you want a fix. Call Staas if you want to repeatedly have a plumber show up and throw money down the tubes on service calls

I will give these people a rating of 1 and that's only because 0 is not available. Have been waiting 3 weeks for them to finish a job. The mess they make is unreal! They walk in and out of your house never stopping to wipe feet. They disconnected my water hose and threw it in my yard, lost sewer caps. My driveway and sidewalk was covered in mud when they left. And last but not least that woman who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. I was told she was owners wife, but if that is true don't know how they could still be in business.
