St Pete Plumbing went out and took care of a leak at my parents house and we're nothing but amazing. They not only explained everything to them, when they were done and asked if they had any other issues -which they did! They fixed their running toilet (which everyone's been bugging them about for months) && replaced a faucet. I wouldn't recommend any other company. Thanks!

Would not recommend these ripoff artists. They came and said we needed a whole new water heater because water got up in the top electrical. My uncle who is a retired plumber of over 40 years stripped the wires and rewired. Working like a charm again. Unless you want to get ripped off, don't use this company.

When I called for an appointment, Alex gave me a window of 11:00-11:30 the next day. HOWEVER, I had to call at 1:00 pm to find out why I was still waiting for someone to arrive. I then waited about another half hour until he sent someone out. My only problem was a slight drip in my outside hose bib. I thought it should be an easy fix (and not too expensive). It too about 1/2 hour BUT I was told that if copper pipe was involved, the cost was automatically $700!!! After the first drip was fixed, I was told that the drip had transferred to the """"main shut-off"""" and it would cost an ADDITIONAL $700!!! I was hoping to find a plumber that I could call on when necessary but, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Called and left a voicemail. Alex immediately returned my call and Brian showed up within 30 min of that and diagnosed the problem quickly. He made great recommendations and gave some advice that I will be looking into for our house. Fantastic, professional, and friendly service. OVERPRICED! St Pete Plumbing came out to clear a drain clogged with wipes. They charged $575.00 and the power snake that clears the drain only costs $750.00. Also, they charge more for a business even though there is no difference in plumbing compared to a single family home. In fact a business usually has less plumbing then a single family home. Graywater Plumbing gave a price range of $250 to $375 for the same drain cleaning!
