Timely, quick, friendly, and thorough in their explanations. I called to have a pipe replaced and had another question come up when they were here. They fixed the pipe so quickly and without disruption (I work from home). The price was very fair and they were here on Monday after I called on Friday! Paul and Drew were great. Will be calling them again whenever we need a plumber!

I had a dripping bath faucet. The faucet was a 44 year old Kohler push pull unit. They promised a 8:00am appointment and called me a few minutes after 8:00am saying they were on the way. At 8:15 they arrived. The job would have been completed in 30 min but my 44 year old part was not in the truck. They needed to drive to a suppler for the correct part. They got the part and where finished by 9:45am. Very pleasant service and the quote price was what I paid. I'm very happy.

WOW! St Paul Pipeworks is the ONLY call you want to make for any plumbing needs. They are pros all the way - on time, explains everything in plain language, creative problem solvers, willing to hold your hand if you want and very friendly. They do not find problems that do not exist. You can trust them. I deleted all other plumbers from my phone book. Called St Paul Pipeworks based on other Yelp reviews. So glad we did. They were able to come out the same day - even for a non-urgent problem. They quoted the price up front including the travel fee. The arrived promptly, thoroughly described the problem and their recommendation. Did not try to upsell (a first for a plumber!). Work was completed efficiently and the areas were left clean and dry. Would highly recommend.

Very dissapointed, hired them 9 months ago and the shower kit they installed already is dripping. Just crap. They quoted me $900 and then when the bill came it was $1000. Tacked on a $90+ service fee on top of labor and parts, was not in the quote. And they forgot to leave the trim kit which delayed installation. They got mad when I asked them about the bogus $90 fee. It was all around a huge dissapointment.

Not only did St Paul Pipeworks have the best rates, but they were also incredibly friendly and great at explaining what they were doing and why. As a first time homeowner, I really appreciated them taking the time to explain why they took certain steps. Paul and Drew in particular were fantastic. I cannot recommend St Paul Pipeworks enough!

This is my second time using this company. Jason and Phil came this time to re-do the plumbing in the basement, install a new shower and increase water pressure on the second floor. They did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and left the space as they found it, no leftover debris. They were cheerful, polite and professional. Each time I've received excellent service, they fix all the items on my checklist each visit, and if they can't do something, they explain why, so that it makes sense to me. Communication with St. Paul Pipeworks is excellent from the first call where they get a description of the problem(s) and schedule a time and day, to the person who does the work. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Before beginning any work, they assess the problems while at my home, then give an estimate of what it will cost. St. Paul Pipeworks is outstanding, trustworthy, and I never want to call anyone but their company now.
