We were referred to St Lucie Pump by our yard company when our sprinkler system went out at our home. Has been nothing but a headache getting them out to give quotes and install. Now the pump has been installed for 2 weeks and still cannot get them out to get everything up and running. I am being told they are """"busy"""". Told them this morning I will not pay invoice, which I of course received in a timely manner, until I have a working pump and sprinkler system. Not one apology or acknowledgement of poor customer service, just """"we are busy"""". Will never recommend or use this company again!!

Sent email to request service on a sprinkler pump. Received a return email promptly that I would receive a call 'shortly.' Wellll 48 + hours later no contact. Thought about calling but fool me once, but fool me twice my fault. Called another company and he answered right away and setup an appt. Consumer Beware!!

The best water company in the area! The long list of my family's water problems includes the water softener, RO installation, broken sprinkler heads, and a tank replacement! The technician who handled it all was so polite and competent in handling/fixing what we needed. No more problems, just clean and working water.

St. Lucie Pum & Water Supply worked on our well-water system. We paid a high bill for us. The very next day the system was not working. We called them, complained and asked them to fix it. The only thing they did was """"drama"""". When I said they were talking too much and making drama, they yelled at me on the phone. I said """"I will post a bad review"""" Then first they said I threaten them. I said it is only FACT and it is my right to put a review. Then they threaten me to call their lawyer and it didn't make me scared because I didn't do anything wrong. He threatened me to call Martin County. In my opinion, yelling at a woman and threatening her is not a nice to work ethic. I do not want to say too much but I want to warn you. Be careful about that company. ***Update: St. Lucie Pum & Water Supply sent us texts this morning and threaten me again for taking down my review. The review below James G. is the person who yelled at me last night on the phone he asked my husband to take down my review and he said he will call his lawyer. I hope his lawyer told him it is an important right to share people's opinions. We call it freedom of speech. Asking us to take down my review is against my rights. We have all the text messages. We have the proof. The important part, there can be problems between companies and customers. It is very normal. But a company needs to listen to its client. This company is not listening, yelling, and trying to bully. It is wrong asking to take down a customer's review. Yelp says they never take down reviews because the companies want. Thank you Yelp. A funny thing, they post their own review and gave themself 5 stars, please check the review by James G., he is from the company and he yelled at me and he threatened me too :)

Daniel and Clayton installed a new softener and filter system to handle my well water. They also re-plumbed the nightmare left behind my the previous homeowner while updating my old equipment. From my first contact when I stopped in and worked with Ken, to my expedited installation, they were a pleasure to work with. My system is now quiet and supplying MUCH BETTER TASTING WATER that no longer has that """"well water fragrance"""" that left us smelling worse after our shower than before. Pricing wasn't the cheapest, but very competitive and fair. I would highly recommend these guys; they are experts at what they do!
