Went through my home warranty and they sent Tony. He came out and like another reviewer said didn't want to get his hands dirty. He came in and said that to snake it they would have to go through the roof which he doesn't do and he left. I called wanting another opinion and the warranty people wanted another fee so I said forget it, we'll get someone else externally. We called rotor rooter and no problem he did the job without going through the roof. After he was done we said what tony had told us and he said there was no reason that he wouldn't have been able to do the job through the basement. Don't go with Tony if you have a choice!

Pretty Tony the plumber apparently doesn't like to get his hands dirty. He didn't want to use the cleanout in the basement because the cover hadn't been removed in a long time. He ended up walking off the job when he couldn't find the cleanout outside. AHS sent another company and the plumber removed the cleanout cover in the basement and fixed the stoppage with no problem

Tony was assigned to us by American Home Shields - our home warranty company after we requested service for a sewer back up in our basement. Tony attempted to snake out our main line drain however, never made it out of our house stating our basement plumbing was installed incorrectly and the only fix was to rip up the basement to find the correct route to the problem. Thankfully our home warranty company thought a second opinion was needed, a new company was sent out and the problem was found - 135 ft outside our home. Good thing we didn't take Tony's advice and rip up our basement.

Also, Tony didn't find it necessary to clean his shoes after walking in sewer water and only cleaned the tires on his cart after I requested it and gave him a towel. He also didn't think it was a big deal to throw an plugged in extension cord into the sewer water in our basement.

I would not recommend this company and I really surprised to see so many good reviews.
