I called this company to do some work on my pool. The owner didn't answer the phone, SS Pool Plumbing, he answered the phone hello. When I asked him if he was a business, he hung up on me. Since I always ask if I reached the correct phone number, I thought that my question was appropriate. I called him back an asked why he hung up on me. He yelled ""what do you want""? I told him I was a customer and that I would call another pool company. He hung up on me again. SS Pool is a very unprofessional, unsophisticated pool repair company. There is something inherently wrong when you have to fight with a company to do your work. Find another pool repair man. When you have this much trouble trying to hire him, just think about the trouble you will have after the work is done.
