I own a 3000+ sq ft salon downtown Walnut Creek. We have used Shawn/SRS almost since the day we opened in 2012. Now that we are nearing the end of our remodel process I can honestly say how impressed I am by this company. PROFESSIONAL, punctual, thorough, fair, and most important- do what it takes to get the job done attitude. The SRS crew has worked as late as 2am and been there as early as 5am to accommodate our business hours. Shawn is on it, and makes sure his crew does the same. He genuinely cares about his customers and his work. I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!

I had run into a nasty problem in one of our bathrooms and called my plumber in. He determined that a recent carpet installation by Home Depot had resulted in an atrocity--the installers had jury-rigged an arrangement, hidden by the carpeting, that after a while caused the toilet inevitably to leak, My highly experienced plumber said I needed to have a new floor installed, among other things, and he recommended Shawn Swope. From my first contact with Shawn to the last, I was favorably impressed. His estimated cost was reasonable, he took direction well as to what I wanted, he made good suggestions, he was always on time, he worked steadily all day, and his work was high quality. I ended up having him install a new floor, new travertine tile on top, repaint the bathroom, fix the towel bar and, a plus, he was able to reset the toilet himself without the need and expense to call in a plumber. Plus, when the job was finished, he left the site clean. Next time I need a contractor, Shawn is the one I'll call.

I hired Shawn recently after meeting him through a mutual friend. I needed some complicated cabinets built and he did an impeccable job on time and right at budget. Think about how unusual that is?! I'll be using him again soon for a bathroom remodel I've been planning and I have to say I'm actually looking forward to doing biz with Shawn again.

I recently came into contact with Shawn through my landlady as we needed some work at our rental. Shawn was very professional, polite and punctual and if he thought he was going to be late he always called to let me know and give me an alternative arrival time and always asked if that worked. I was also pleased with the work carried out on my bathroom. I would definitely use Shawn again.
