Total rip off. They litterally think customers are blind to reality... Watch the hours they put on your invoices... Lawsuit waiting to happen....

We contacted them to give us a quote for electrical, plumbing and hvac. They provided us with quotes that were not realistic and in one instance, 3 times the national average of what it would cost to upgrade fixtures, plugs and switches, and add 4 ceiling fans. The guy they send over is in his 70s and he then gives it to his father to work up the quote. Father would have to be in his 90's and someone who has never seen the house. We received a quote of $29000 just to do some BASIC upgrades, like install 3 bath fans, 4 ceiling fans, change out plugs and fixtures. The house already has copper wiring so its not like it was a huge rewiring job. The quote contained a lot of extra things we didn't want or ask for. Like 30 lights, 11 ceiling fans, 20 extra plugs, etc. We told them we had most of the materials, i.e., fixtures, gfi's, plugs, plates, switches, etc. We also wanted outdoor lighting put on the house and run up to the attic. Something we would expect them to know how to do. We kept asking them to revise the quote and they would change the number of installation items but NOT the price. When I called to tell them that the 3rd quote was not accurate, the woman on the phone kept saying, ""that's our price, take it or leave it."" Most of this stuff we can do such as replacing switches, plugs, plates and the replacing the current light fixtures, just not grounding the one room or running wire up to do the exterior lights. Can't even begin to fathom how they feel they are justified in asking for pricing that could have wired 3 homes. Needless to say, we did not use them.
