George S.Wow!! What an amazing job thank you all so much! We recently had a huge gas job in Golden at a property and without this company we would have been really screwed. I also want to say that Larry Benavidez really ran an amazing crew and got the job done. Larry is an amazing asset to your company and I highly recommend Squeaks!!!
Mark B.Most unprofessional plumbing company I've ever dealt with in 20 years! We live in a downtown condo building and had a leaky shower. We had received recommendations from two other owners to use Squeaks. What a horrible mistake. The driver called after we waited 45 minutes past our planned time and said he couldn't find parking. We live downtown surrounded by half filled surface parking lots. We contacted dispatch who indicated we had to reschedule. We had cleared our calendars for this appointment and we were told that we'd have to try again. If you want a plumbing company with any notion of customer service, don't use Squeaks.
Do not even bother with this company. I scheduled an appointment, they said they would call. No call before the scheduled time, so we tried to call them. Their voice mail box was full Cherilyn Johnson was the rep. No show. WE sent an email, received an apology, and scheduled another appointment. Still same thing, no show, no call, could not leave a voice mail.
They replied: ""Squeaks Services I'm sorry you feel this way David, we have made several attempts on several days to contact your wife to set the appointment as you requested with no response. As well as trying to contact you today. We would be more than happy to help once we can confirm a time to meet someone. Please call the office or call back any of the numbers left on your voicemails please so we may resolve this.""
My answer: Seriously ? Look at your statement, ""Sorry you feel this way..."" You blame your concept of customer service on ME, instead of yourself. The first rule in Customer Service, is take responsibility for your mistake. Instead of pushing it off on the customer. There was no messages, and you know it. My wife took time of WORK to meet you, you could not even give a decent range of time that you would show up, or call. YOUR VOICE MAIL WAS FULL FOR TWO DAYS, ()and I am not even going to waste my time to check it. ) THERE WAS NO WAY TO REACH YOU. WE CALLED YOU WHEN YOU DID NOT LEAVE MESSAGES YOUR VOICE MAIL BOX WAS FULL !!!
What I really find incredible is that the owner has not even got involved in this, It is evident the staff is hiding these problems from him, or he just doesn't care. I wonder how many of these ""Good Reviews"" are real. And look at their final, statement, ""Please call the office .... "" There were no voicemails left, and the only thing through emails was a pathetic plea from Cherilyn Johnson, to the staff at the company, blaming the whole problem on me. I never, ever, ever, write reviews, good or bad about a company, as it takes up too much of my time, and there are so many bogus ""good reviews"" . I made an exception with this company. Ask you self this, ""is it really worth my time to EVEN try with this company"". I know I am done with them, even if they offered me a free service, since the can't admit they made a mistake. Note that I gave them a 2nd chance after they missed the first appointment. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and they still could not perform
Dane F.Quoted $700 to install a sink faucet when it only cost me $300 from a trusted plumbing company to get this fixed. Only 2 stars because they were able to come out soon and were quick with communication. Don't let them overcharge you.
Jewben G.I had a great experience with them. They were on time & diagnosed the prob fast. $50 for a tech to come out & diagnose was fair. I'd use them again.
Tim was very knowledgeable and professional during my water heater replacement install. Even with some required piping modifications, the whole thing was done, including hauling the old one away, in about 2 hours!
Squeaks has now done several services for me. Installed a humidifier, cleaned my A/C and furnaces, and most recently, installed a new A/C and furnace at a rental house. This event required, essentially, overnight service, which Squeaks provided. All the techs that I have encountered are knowledgable, polite and very efficient. Same goes for the office staff...very professional and responsive. Seems to be an excellent company!
So irate, that I'm finally creating a yelp account.
Admittedly, the techs from Squeaks are magicians. However, their scheduling and dispatch are a mess. A year ago, they had to reschedule on us twice. We let it slide, because the quality of work was so good. Flash forward a year, we scheduled an appointment 3 or 4 weeks in advance. We are in a business that requires a VERY sanitary environment, so when we have plumbing or hvac stuff to deal with, we basically have to shut down until that work is done. Day of appointment, I get a call requesting that we reschedule. Okay, sure, now I'm behind a day on production. No big deal right? New reschedule date comes, get a call that the appointment has to be pushed off to a later time. Later time comes and goes, no call, no tech at my door. So I call, and am presented with excuses of this job was more important, and last week there was a different emergency, and this and that. What is the point in scheduling an appointment in the first place, if the appointments don't even take precedence? I'm now waaaaay behind on production. What would have taken them probably 15 minutes, has easily cost me more than what the bill would have been. Thanks guys! Squeaks has lost a repeat customer. A shame, as we had a laundry list of items that would've had their attention and earned them some $$$. I will not be recommending this company to friends, family, or business associates any longer.
Well after today, I will never use this company again. BEWARE! I had scheduled an appointment to meet Inspection requirements for a property sale that was canceled last minute. This was after 2 and a half weeks of calls, location verification and service needs with Squeaks. They have left me in a bind, inconvenienced me, wasted my time and tarnished my reputation with my client. This will never happen again!
I am a realtor and have had clients use Squeaks in the past. They have rescheduled but always finished before. I thought they were good and would be reliable. Well, today, I was shut down. I have a rural property in Byers that needed water heater service and furnace inspection. I verified over 2 weeks ago that they service this area, and I asked each time I have called to confirm this was not a problem. I agreed to pay a trip charge to go here, that was reasonable. I requested additional information about Water Heater service a few times as well and never received calls back, but I still was able to get an appointment after two more follow-up calls to them. I then verified my appointment two days ago and made sure they knew the address and even gave them directions.
This morning, I drove to the property to meet them. It is an hour each way from my office, no one showed up or called. After an hour past the original appointment time, I called to check and they said the technician was coming later this afternoon due to an emergency repair. That's fine, a phone call before my long drive to the property would have been nice. I had other appointments this afternoon. But then, an hour and a half before the revised appointment time, I receive a call that they do not service Byers and I will have to call a local HVAC/plumber instead. I already spent hours calling around last month, researching & verifying the best situation for my client and local HVAC/plumber were overcharging for minimal work with poor reviews. Now I am screwed and I get to tell my client how I have messed up trusting Squeaks to follow through and honor their promises.
They were inconsiderate, I don't have time but will have to make time to fix this and the manager said she understood my frustration. She is not even close to how much damage has been done here.
My contractor set up a free bid with Squeaks Service to install two faucets/vessel sinks. The tech came to my house in a timely manner and was very nice. The problem was the bid, which came in at $700! In any event, I was able to get this work done the next day for $200. The bid I was quoted was so expensive and for that reason, I will not be using or recommending this company to anyone.
