Tim was very knowledgeable and professional during my water heater replacement install. Even with some required piping modifications, the whole thing was done, including hauling the old one away, in about 2 hours!

Squeaks has now done several services for me. Installed a humidifier, cleaned my A/C and furnaces, and most recently, installed a new A/C and furnace at a rental house. This event required, essentially, overnight service, which Squeaks provided. All the techs that I have encountered are knowledgable, polite and very efficient. Same goes for the office staff...very professional and responsive. Seems to be an excellent company!

So irate, that I'm finally creating a yelp account.

Admittedly, the techs from Squeaks are magicians. However, their scheduling and dispatch are a mess. A year ago, they had to reschedule on us twice. We let it slide, because the quality of work was so good. Flash forward a year, we scheduled an appointment 3 or 4 weeks in advance. We are in a business that requires a VERY sanitary environment, so when we have plumbing or hvac stuff to deal with, we basically have to shut down until that work is done. Day of appointment, I get a call requesting that we reschedule. Okay, sure, now I'm behind a day on production. No big deal right? New reschedule date comes, get a call that the appointment has to be pushed off to a later time. Later time comes and goes, no call, no tech at my door. So I call, and am presented with excuses of this job was more important, and last week there was a different emergency, and this and that. What is the point in scheduling an appointment in the first place, if the appointments don't even take precedence? I'm now waaaaay behind on production. What would have taken them probably 15 minutes, has easily cost me more than what the bill would have been. Thanks guys! Squeaks has lost a repeat customer. A shame, as we had a laundry list of items that would've had their attention and earned them some $$$. I will not be recommending this company to friends, family, or business associates any longer.

Well after today, I will never use this company again. BEWARE! I had scheduled an appointment to meet Inspection requirements for a property sale that was canceled last minute. This was after 2 and a half weeks of calls, location verification and service needs with Squeaks. They have left me in a bind, inconvenienced me, wasted my time and tarnished my reputation with my client. This will never happen again!

I am a realtor and have had clients use Squeaks in the past. They have rescheduled but always finished before. I thought they were good and would be reliable. Well, today, I was shut down. I have a rural property in Byers that needed water heater service and furnace inspection. I verified over 2 weeks ago that they service this area, and I asked each time I have called to confirm this was not a problem. I agreed to pay a trip charge to go here, that was reasonable. I requested additional information about Water Heater service a few times as well and never received calls back, but I still was able to get an appointment after two more follow-up calls to them. I then verified my appointment two days ago and made sure they knew the address and even gave them directions.

This morning, I drove to the property to meet them. It is an hour each way from my office, no one showed up or called. After an hour past the original appointment time, I called to check and they said the technician was coming later this afternoon due to an emergency repair. That's fine, a phone call before my long drive to the property would have been nice. I had other appointments this afternoon. But then, an hour and a half before the revised appointment time, I receive a call that they do not service Byers and I will have to call a local HVAC/plumber instead. I already spent hours calling around last month, researching & verifying the best situation for my client and local HVAC/plumber were overcharging for minimal work with poor reviews. Now I am screwed and I get to tell my client how I have messed up trusting Squeaks to follow through and honor their promises.

They were inconsiderate, I don't have time but will have to make time to fix this and the manager said she understood my frustration. She is not even close to how much damage has been done here.

My contractor set up a free bid with Squeaks Service to install two faucets/vessel sinks. The tech came to my house in a timely manner and was very nice. The problem was the bid, which came in at $700! In any event, I was able to get this work done the next day for $200. The bid I was quoted was so expensive and for that reason, I will not be using or recommending this company to anyone.

very expensive. I had emergency plumbing work completed. It should have totaled no more than 1,200. it coat 4,000. If you are on budget I would not recommend this company for plumbing.

Highly don't recommend this company. There was no quality about their work, price or communication. During their work period they brought more damage without repairs.

I recently had a new AC unit installed by Squeaks and was very appreciative of their services! Their crew was friendly and professional, and everybody who I spoke to over the phone and via email was very response. It took a week or so to book my initial appointment, but that seemed pretty average for the middle of summer AC issues. Thank you Squeaks!

We were sitting around sweating in the heat until Squeaks Services came and fixed our swamp cooler. We're very satisfied with the quality of the work they did. They connected our water line, oiled the block bearings, filled up tank and it tested good! Thanks Squeaks!

We recently had Squeaks, formally Colorado Heating Cooling, come out and help us get our air conditioning unit up and running, as it wouldn't start up. It turns out we had squirrels eat through some wiring. We had them replace some wiring from the furnace to the outside AC unit. Within a week we had our roof replaced and after 10 days, 4 phone calls, and one missed appointment Squeaks finally came back to give a quote to make the wiring that goes outside to air conditioning meet the code for the roof inspection. They said that the squirrels had also eaten through the water pump wiring that removes the condensation from the furnace and quoted $1200 for a new pump and new wiring. The 10 day delay was alarming, the fact that they didn't look at all the wiring the first time around was disappointing, and the excessive quote was just too much. We got a second quote and got new pump and fixed the wiring for only $450.
