This is a "" mom and pop"" company owned busines, and they have been around for years.

what I like about them, is the honest work they do, along with the reasonable prices.

I live in a 1963 built buidling, and the ""Pop"" as I call him...(the owner ) has years of experience with buildings such as the one I live in.

its been a year since I moved in my building and I've had a couple of issues, that were remedied quickly and efficiently.

what I like about the ""pop"" is the way he provides honest feedback and or knowledgeable information about the "" how's and why's"" of the plumbing problem(s) and of course his honest recommendation's to prevent further issues or upgrades.

Have used Square Deal in the past to replace all our plumbing and did a great job.
Used them again to put washer drain pipe in the wall where it belonged as well as enlarging pipe like it should be for proper drainage.
Just used again today to fix leaks under kitchen sink.
Always done in a timely manner at a reasonable price and friendly service. We will use them for all our plumbing issues. They don't pressure you and just fix what needs fixing. Thanks Duane

They came over to give an estimate . 2 gentlemen. The younger guy I can tell is the runner. He checks for clearances and routes to install pipes. Older guy seems very experienced in all he was telling me what they were going to do for my project. The young guy moves fast, up down roof and in crawl space. I can tell, they were ready to work. They were going to do what they said they were. The price wasn't bad. I didn't hire them though, due to a friend of mine had a relative in plumbing. I naturally went with a friend's recommendation. At the end I should have gone with the Square Deal boys. I can tell these guys a giving a square deal when they explain the scope of work. I called another plumber over a toilet flange I needed installed the old school lead and okum way. Dude pulled up holding a bolt on unit after we talked and agreed about the procedure of lead and okum. What?? Some people try to pull one on ya.

Recommended through my Realtor. Called for service and they came out and fixed not only the slow bathtub drain but fixed several other things that needed repair. Great friendly service and reasonably priced.

This is long overdue. We have been using these guys since before Yelp was around. Recently, we had renovated a condo in Orange County and the contractor we used, had his own plumber. Fine. When everything is done, and we are ready to move the tenant in - we find the hot water in the bath only comes out as a trickle. After 2 attempts by them to fix and they are still scratching their heads. I call Dwayne and the lads.

Not only did they make the trek to OC for me, they fixed the problem. Next time, I'm just using Dwayne and his team.

We have been using them since 1988. They have serviced our house, apartments and more. I never, ever felt that I was getting taken advantage of. Rates are very, very fair. If you aren't using them - you should.

We gave them a call about a clogged drain and they came out to snake the clean-outs while we were not home. (Bonus Points!) We did need them to come back, but they didn't balk. (Extra Bonus Points!) They were fantastic!
