Lance Spurlock is what you want in a plumber or in any other professional you have in your home. He knows what he's doing, if you have an emergency he will do everything he can to get to you as soon as possible, he is dependable and honest and his rates are reasonable. If I can't be home when he can get there I have no problem giving him a key. If you aren't that comfortable with your plumber maybe you need a different plumber.
