I have a tankless water heater that is malfunctioning. The technician from SPS Plumbing arrived on-time, very courteous and after completion of his diagnostics, he explained very patiently about his discoveries and available option to address the issue. He encouraged taking the most logical solution and is currently working with the manufacturing to implement that solution. I am very happy with their service since I have also used them in the past 3 years.

What a difference a day makes! We were referred to a different plumbing company through our home warranty that was incredibly disrespectful and incompetent when it came to simply fixing a clog under our kitchen sink. We were told nothing could be done because the pipes were not able to be accessed by the other company.
When SPS showed up they quickly diagnosed the problem and had everything snaked within 20 minutes. Cleaned up the kitchen area and was all done before we could blink. Excellent experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for plumbing reliable and trust worthy services. Thanks SPS!

Our Takagi tankless water heater stopped working on a fine morning 1 week back. I spoke with Vanessa at SPS the same day and she managed to get someone to look at the issue within 2 days. The technician John quickly root-caused the issue, spoke with AO Smith (service provider), and got us a full unit replacement for free. Before the week ended Vanessa ensured to place an order for our heater and got us an appointment today (1 week since the problem happened). Today Bob and Ruben were here as scheduled and took care of the replacement in under 2 hours. Hot water is back!
What we found great about all the professionals we spoke with at SPS was that they were all very patient to explain the issue and super professional. I wish SPS the best.
