I've used them for about 4 years now, and my experience has been nothing but positive. When we 1st moved into our home, wed weren't familiar with our system/timer. They were extremely helpful-- explained everything, and walked us through the settings. They also suggested we adjust the watering times, based on the coverage and sun exposure.

A few sprinkler heads had to be replaced now and then, but felt their prices were fair. They even showed us how to adjust the coverage and provided the tool to do it-- should we want to do it ourselves.

For the record, I called today to have the system turned on for the season, and didn't have to leave a message. Jenna? Picked up after one ring, and schedule my appointment.

I agree the other review, that this company, and probably others, have an up-front charge to come to your house. It's not economical to do one item but makes sense if you can have a few items to do at a time.
I've found Sprinklers Plus to be thorough, reliable and professional. They show up at the right time and do what you ask, but if they find something unplanned they may need to come back on another day. I believe the basic fee is $50 and then an hourly rate after that.

I agree with the other recent review. You likely won't get a live person when you call, but need to leave a message. I've always had a return call the next day. I have not had to deal with any email messages. Sprinklers plus has been booked out a few weeks whenever I have called, so you'll need to get on their schedule.

Do yourselves a favor and call anyone but this company. They NEVER return messages or phone calls unless there's money in it for them. They put in our system and they got paid for that and they'll come out and flush your system out in the fall and turn it on again in the spring but other than that, they are not helpful at all. If you have a problem, it's tough luck.

I messaged them two times yesterday. No answer. And this wasn't the first time. They just don't reply. My husband called this morning and they told him they'd send him an email. Instead we got an email from Hydrawise (the company who made the controller) saying our controller was offline. NO KIDDING? We already knew that.

I tried to call today 3 times and when I finally got a live person on the phone (because I didn't know my password) she actually hung up on me. Only after this did we get a password reset email from them.

Just to note the gentlemen who performed the services were great. My issues started when I had to call to pay for the services as I never received both invoices. They never told me initially that they charge flat rate pricing of $150 plus a $50 trip fee when I scheduled my 1st appt. So my 10min fix on the 1st appt ran me $214.50! 2 days after the 1st service I had to call them again as the adjacent head had a leak. I never received an invoice for the first service appt prior to the 2nd appt/fix or I never would have used them again. Matter of fact I still haven't received an invoice for the 1st service. When I finally got a call back to discuss the pricing it was a joke but he did finally knock some off but I still pd $300 for 2 very quick leak fixes. Way too much in my opinion! Folks if you use Sprinklers Plus make sure you ask the questions up front or you will get gigged too! Its a shame too as I looked them up and read all the FB reviews and everything was a 5 star??? Hmmm...
