I have worked with Frank for a few years now. He's been fairly responsive and easy going in previous years. His prices have increased with the quality of work declining rapidly. This year I requested him to start up my irrigation system. With that said, he spent half the time, made no fixes when discovering problems with my system, he charged me $150 more than last year with no explanation other than, ""that's my price"". Days later, I discovered that he punctured a line in my system and made an independent decision to take out a main spigot without my knowledge. He currently will not reply to my texts nor return any phone calls. If I could rate him in the negative, I would. I now have to hire another company to come fix his destruction. He makes a person feel like you're putting him out by making him do a job.. He has NO motivation. He's lost me as a customer and I hope no one is his next victim.

I contacted Frank via his website on November 25, 2021 right after Thanksgiving. He responded the next day via email.

I recently purchased another property and didn't know where the water shut off was located. He managed to walk all over my property and find it. He explained to me what he was doing and did not speak to me in a condescending manner which is impressive considering I didn't bother to ask the former owner of my property where the water shut off is located.

Great work. Great service.

If I have any issues with my sprinkler system in the future I will contact Frank at Sprinklers and Back Flows again.

No call back from Frank. If he is too busy to return calls, he should be professional and change his voicemail to state that he is not accepting new customers at this time. Very easy and helpful.

Frank came out & spoke to us regarding the sprinkler system & sod we wanted installed. He went through all the steps(we've had a few parties out). Never heard word one from him. If he didn't or couldn't do the job, then call or email. The NO contact is bad business

I want just put in a very good work for Frank with Sprinklers and Backflows. Short story is that He did a superb job installing our irrigation system with multiple spurs and followed through with quality to the nth degree based upon everything he quoted us.

Frank had a busy schedule yet he was able to fit us in and worked 12 hour days this Summer to complete the whole job in a week. He did a great job communicating with my wife and I about the layout of our irrigation system. He also addressed our concerns about the rocky soil we were dealing with. He took extra time to listen to us and went out of his way to address our concerns.

You can see the contrast from the photos how nice of a job Frank pulled off for us. Once the irrigation system was installed Frank took a great deal of time to explain how it worked and how to best set it up for the year. He also came by to winterize our system just recently!

Another thing to consider is that many landscaping companies also provide irrigation as one of their services. However, you want to pay attention to the quality of their work and components. Frank, in contrast, specializes in irrigation and has a deep knowledge base behind what he does. He also demonstrated to us his commitment to providing a very high level of quality in his finished work.

So, if you live in the Snohomish/Everett area and are looking for a quality, no-hassle, irrigation specialist, put Frank at the top of your list. I'm confident you will not be disappointed.

Frank was great to work with. He was responsive, reasonably priced, and always did the work he said he would do when he said he would do it! This seems to be a minor miracle with contractors so we were blown away when he even cleaned up after himself and replanted our grass everywhere he had to dig.

He has done a new sprinkler system for us and repaired/reworked an older existing one. We've been very pleased with all the work we've had done by Frank.

Frank was fast, friendly, and efficient. He definitely knows what he's doing and took the time to explain the repair and our spring maintenance set up. Lesson learned...DO NOT skip having your sprinklers blown out in the fall!! He even gave us a quick estimate for adding a few additional heads. Pricing was fair....and we have got ourselves a new sprinkler expert!!

Frank called me back, after I had left a message, which is always nice! He was able to come out and check our valve box and get all the sprinklers up and running at a reasonable price. I could tell that he spent the time checking all the sprinklers and making sure they were actually doing what they are supposed to. I am glad that he seems to have integrity and a willingness to provide great service. We will keep his card handy for any of our sprinkler needs.

Frank came out with in several days of my initial call to have our sprinkler system serviced and some heads repaired. He was prompt, friendly, and did a fantastic job getting our system back up and running at a fair price. He also took the time to explain to me how to program everything going forward. We'll definitely be using him again!
