I was really impressed with the technician, he was professional, and well versed with troubleshooting the problem and figuring out an efficient solution. Mr. Martinez has a great company with exceptional customer solutions and service. I highly recommend Sprinkler Solutions and would go on the say that they are best Fire Sprinkler Protection in the DMV area.

5 stars is not enough for Mr. Martinez. We had a challenging leak that other companies would not even consider helping us out. He came in and faced the challenge head on. We had a great experience with Gerson at Sprinkler Solutions. There was a leak in the pipes that are part of our indoor sprinkler system. A regular plumber isn't licensed to fix this. We found Gerson and after agreeing on an estimate, he did an inspection and provided us with technical advice and a plan to resolve the issue and make other corrections (some of the sprinklerheads weren't the right kind for temperatures). The day of the work, Gerson and his helper arrived on time, worked quickly, left no mess, and most importantly, fixed the issue. I received my invoice by email very quickly, as promised. A great experience overall!

PS - agree with previous poster that there aren't that many companies / skilled people out there doing this. I was relieved to find Sprinkler Solutions.

When a couple of sprinkler pipes broke during the winter and flooded my house I never realized how many plumbers don't repair broken sprinkler pipes. Finally I found Sprinkler Solutions LLC. I called in the afternoon and they said they could come that day, but I booked an appointment first thing the next morning. They asked me for photos and the height of the room and were at my home promptly the next morning. His team determined that two of my sprinkler heads needed to be replaced and there were two other large breaks in my sprinkler pipes. They completed the job in about 3 hours. I couldn't be happier. The service was prompt, courteous, professional, and fast. They were a true lifesaver and worked meticulously until they located and fixed every leak.
