I had Brett from Sprinkler Masters come out in Nov 2020 as I found out that my irrigation system was leaking since I purchased my home in March! He responded quick enough however, he was much more expensive than I would have ever imagined and cut corners at every turn. He dug a giant hole and then instead of refilling with dirt, he put a bunch of insulation and garbage in the hole, then covered with some dirt, thus the entire thing sunk by about a foot.

Also, I had a lot of large river rock where he dug the hole... that was BEFORE he dug the hole. When he left, he left a giant mess and the river rock was no where to be found!! He also never bothered to bring more dirt or rock in to bring the levels back to where they were prior to his starting the job so it looked God awful.

Now it is spring 2021 and I turn on my sprinklers and sure enough, I have a leak right where Brett had performed work just six months before! I called him and he never returned my call. He knew he did a half-a$$ed job for a few thousand dollars and I was essentially robbed by him. All I wanted to do is see what he was going to do for me and he didn't have the decency to return my call. He runs what is utterly a useless service and should be shut down by the BBB, which is where I will file my next complaint!

Overall, the guy is as bad as they come and I would NEVER use them again. They are way over-priced, cut every corner they can, steal rock from your property, leave it as a giant mess, and then don't even do a good enough job to actually fix the problem!!

Brett and his crew came out to my house today to take care of Sprinkler repairs. I have been in construction for 30 plus years and I was very impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. If you are in need of sprinkler repair he is your man.

GREAT JOB! These guys showed up in masks, were friendly and helpful. Showed them my issue they gave me more than one option and went to work. I was so impressed with Sprinkler Master Reno. I noticed that an entire station of my sprinklers was not working over the weekend. I called Sprinkler Master on Monday, and they were able to get someone to my house within a day! My appointment was for 4, but Brett, the sprinkler technician, called around 2:00 to say that he could be early which I appreciated. Brett was courteous, kind, and professional. He methodically went through all possible scenarios to determine why my sprinklers were not turning on, and he discovered that I had a short in my electrical wiring. He was able to fix the problem and my sprinklers now work as good as new! I would highly recommend this company to anyone struggling with issues brought forth by their sprinkler system.

From the initial call (Wendy I believe) I was very impressed with the customer service, friendliness, and professionalism. I asked about products (having a sprinkler control box replaced) and they told me options and recommendations. They arrived on time and did fantastic work! They took the time to explain how everything worked, and were just great all around. I will definitely do business with this LOCAL company again, and will recommend them to my friends.

Do not use this company. We paid a lot of money last September for our irrigation system to be fixed. When we started it up last week it is still broken. We tried to call and text and this company (Benjamin Bishop, owner) has not returned calls or texts. We feel very ripped off by this man. Now we have to find another company to fix what was not done before.

Ben showed up on time. He took a look at the leak next to the house and quickly assessed that the winter freeze had damaged our system. We agreed on a fair price and he got work. He dug down to the pipe, removed the busted valve and replaced it in a little over and hour. He said he would come back a day later to make sure there were no leaks and collect payment upon approval. He found out during our conversation that I am a Veteran and said ""Your a Veteran? That's a $100 off."" That was after we agreed on price!!! This guy knows his trade and was highly professional. I 100% recommend him.

This is not a review of their work as I was never able to get them that far. Had some sprinkler repair work to do on a rental. First call no problem got them the info and I think they even went out to the property but they never called me back. Made multiple attempts with calls, texts and emails. Finally got a phone call back promising to send me a bid that day. Never came. Gave them several weeks and multiple opportunities to get some work. Too much effort to try to hire these guys, poor communication and not reliable is the impression they left. Gave up hired, someone else.
