Sprinkler grounds came out the same day. They quickly tested the controller and determined it was bad. They went to Home Depot and purchased the one I approved over the phone. They came back, installed the timer, tested it, and set it up with me. I would absolutely use Sprinkler Grounds again. Very professional and courteous.

I noticed a few weeks ago that my sprinklers has not been running. I knew that the valves are ok because they do run when you open them manually. I already replaced the sprinkler controller. I had several companies come over to troubleshoot and all of them suggested that I replace the whole piping system and valves (as they said it is a difficult job to have to trace the whole pipes underground). The estimates they gave me was $1,500 to $2,000. It is sad to note that these companies would rather exaggerate the problem so they could scalp you with replacing (and not repairing) the whole system. Now I came across Sprinkler Grounds in Google and I called them on a Sunday. I did not expect that they will answer my call (most companies you would have to go to voicemail on a weekend) and they also came down the same day, at the exact time they said they will come. Sammy, the proprietor was able to identify the exact problem, which is that the new internet service provider's contractor cut some of the wires leading to the valve solenoid. That is a difficult job to just trace the wires itself. Even so, Sprinkler Grounds pinpointed the problem and did not try to sell me into replacing the whole system. I appreciate it that they are very honest about it and upfront about their costs, which are very competitive as well. Now after tracing and fixing the cut wires, they cleaned up well. I would highly recommend Sprinkler Grounds.
