I've been dealing with this company for the past 3 years to do the annual backflow inspection as required by the water authority. Since the first time, they seem to be bothered and annoyed that i am trying to give them business.
For this year's 1st call for appointment I tried to make in November, they said nothing until January. When I said maybe I'll try another place, the response was...good luck with that.
I called yesterday and the response, will call back before end of the day. Nothing.
I called again this morning, did not pick up.

So I tried another business on the list given by the water authority and got someone so pleasant and happy for my business! Why didn't I try them before?

Good riddance to Sprinkl-rite! You'll never hear from me again!

Sprinkl-Rite put in landscape lighting and in-ground sprinklers.
They were fabulous at everything they did.
We are very happy with the completed job.
I would highly recommend this company to everyone that needs landscape lighting and irrigation.
From design to completion they were professional. When the job was done they left the property clean!
When people pass my house at night they stop and admire my well lit garden.

My family and I have been using Sprinkl-Rite for our Christmas decorations for the past few years. David is very professional and thorough. He is responsive and the decorations come out beautiful each year. Highly recommend for both sprinklers and holiday decor!

We reached out to Sprinkl-rite and use them for a few years.
When our valves began to leak, they rebuilt the ones that needed repair. They never mentioned it would only last a couple of years.
Spent over $300 for a job that'll last only two years? Who does that?

Two years later, all the valves need to be replace. All total, including what they did two years back. About $900?

Needed a new company to winterized our sprinkler system since the company we were using (Greenside Irrigation) decided not to return calls and could not be counted on.
Called five (5) different irrigation companies on Long Island and by far I found Sprinkl-Rite to be the most personable and accommodating.
Everyone from the office manager (Tina) to the technician David (a principal) who came to our home were friendly, accommodating and extremely professional.
They are competitively priced and would recommend them for any type of irrigation needs you may have.

Before I down-sized a few year ago, Sprinkl-Rite installed and serviced my irrigation system for more than 20 years. I found them to be reliable, friendly and a great value. Because they were worrying about my sprinklers, I didn't have to. When I did need repair, Geoff or David would explain exactly the what and why when seeking my approval. I put high value on communication and they always delivered.
