Please know that this service was provided several years ago so things may very well have changed since then. Springer was hired to replace a kitchen faucet. They were prompt and very friendly, very chatty. However, they had the apprentice do this simple job but did not watch him closely. The faucet never worked right and dripped under the sink so I called a different company. That plumber told me it had been installed wrong. Problems were corrected by the other guy and the faucet worked perfectly thereafter.
They were not only friendly and helpful but saved me money. They went above and beyond to make sure my water was running. When I didn't have hot water Geoffrey came back to help me solve the problem. So appreciated his help. Definitely recommend Springer Plumbing
It was easy setting up the appointment. Josh did an excellent job. He also was Covid conscientious and worked safely. He was on time. He had the parts with him. I was happy with the services and will use again.
Courteous and competent, quick and clean. Springer Plumbing found the leak in our kitchen drain which turned out to be difficult to detect but was coming from the base of an old disposal.
They had a new disposal with them and had it installed in less than an hour.
A local, family owned business, I would definitely call Springer the next time I need plumbing repair.
I used this business to get an outdoor faucet put in the front yard. They did not arrive on time for the appointment firstly. Secondarily they broke my drive way light (pictures attached) . In addition they did not finish the job and left at around 4 pm stating that union rules required them to leave. This would not have been a problem if they arrived on time for the appointment. They also left a hole with a pipe sticking out of the ground.(which is still there) pictures attached. I called them after I realized the light had been broken they gave me grief about it and finally too $200 off the cost... granted they charged $700 for a job that was not complete and a broken light with a hole left in the ground???? This from a highly recommended business.... doesn't seem right to me! Finally, the manager came back to my residence around 3 weeks after the initial appointment... now stating they would have to call 888 and do a bunch more digging and left saying I would recieve a qoute for the additional work. I still as of today have not recieved a bid for the additional faucet installation... realize there is still a hole in my yard with a pipe sticking out... no qoute... I would hope that a business with such a reputation would just come out and install the additional faucet and fill the hole free of charge at this point. This has been quite an ordeal. I would be very wary of using this company as they do not follow through nor make things right when a mistake has occured.
I called this morning, not the best service and was difficult to work with. I have PTSD and explained that I am selling my home. The work they did for me was being questioned by the home inspector. I was told 31 July. Then 3 Aug. I questioned it. At the end of the conversation I suggested that they remember a lot of vets live in the area and your flipped way of communicating was difficult for me. She shot back she did not like my attitude. That was the owners wife. Do then was called and told they would not come because the wife did not like the way the phone call went. They are not concerned about the work they did that the inspector questioned. They were not concerned that I am 100% disabled as a vet and with me asking for help and being told we have the right not to serve you. I did not get that option, I served all who needed me. Sorry that the Army broke me, sad excuse but all I have. What's yours for not honoring your work, the call did not go well. Seems a little difficult to understand. I do apologize if I was upset your work was questioned and you needed a lot of time to comeback and check it. But then you have to stand by your work. Best of luck
They always do a great job and the guys are pleasant to talk with. We've had them on three separate occasions for different things. We'll keep calling them. Thumbs up!
Dale R.We were able to schedule an appointment on short notice before leaving out of town for the weekend. Our professional and courteous technician repaired a bathtub faucet problem and fixed a toilet that had a weak flush. Very happy with the services provided and would highly recommend!
Joan O.My hot water heater leaked so I called Springer Plumbing. I left a message and wishing a few minutes Diane returned my call. I was amazed with she said they could be over within the hour to see what I needed. As promised, the owner of the company came and inspected the headed and gave me the option of repair vs replacement. The unit was old. I chose replacement. A price was quoted and within 3 hours I had a new hot water heater. No add on charges, an efficiently ran business from the initial call to billing. The technician was professional. If I could give this company a 6 star recommendation I would. It was a pleasure doing business with them from start to finish.
I had a great experience with Springer a few months ago. I originally tried to support another local business because i know the owner. But when the guy showed up and seemed real put out for having to look at my toilet for 10 seconds i knew i would not be giving that business my money. I went with Springer after seeing some recommendations on Nextdoor. They were the right level of friendly and professional and made the work needed to be done seem like no big deal.
