Waited all day for him to show up. Never came or called. I took the day off work and accomplished nothing! At 5 o'clock when I called him, he said he'd come in the morning. What happened to the 24 hours service you advertise? I'm a single mom who can't just keep taking days off work. And we can't flush our toilets! If I would have known he couldn't fit me in I would have called someone else. Now I'm stuck at night again when nobody's open. Trying to set something up. I'm in tears. PLEASE be honest if you don't think you can get to someone, just tell them that.

The owner, Leo, of Spring Hill Septic is a nasty, greedy CROOK. I needed him to fix a clogged drainage pipe, and he failed to do so - and yet he charged me an exorbitant fee for his services. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

I would highly recommend this business.. they came the next day and we're prompt... James went through everything with my in laws of what they had to do. Very professional and courteous! Call and ask for James if you need any septic needs. Best Jon Graziano ( Joy Galka )

Called during the holidays for an emergency service. They said they would come in the morning within a certain timeframe but never called to say they were on the way. My husband had to keep calling to check to see if and when they would be showing up. No courtesy call or anything. They finally showed up in the afternoon and they couldn't be bothered to stop smoking while working. On top of all that they pumped out the septic and not even all the way but said they needed to dump some water back into the tank to help with the bacteria growth which was not true. We paid almost $400 for an emergency service that was done 1/2 ass. You're stealing from your community while saying you've been providing 20 years of great service. It's been 4 months and we had to call Cliffs Septic to come do a regular maintenance service because everytime we washed clothes it smelled like sulphur. When they came the tank was completely full within 4 months which is IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!! They stole our money and took advantage of an emergency that we had. Do not use this company they are thief's and you will have to pay double to get your septic dumped...once by them and then once by a reputable company. This company sucks don't use them. If I could give no stars I would but Yelp doesn't let you do that. Cliff's septic did an awesome job so use them here is there number (352) 796-4540

This guy is a FRAUD! He installs used parts and charges outrageous fees. Buyer beware!!!!! When asked for a Septic pump warranty tells me there is none and installs an undersized septic pump. Sold a 1/2 HP pump and installed a 1/3 pump. He couldn't even provide the serial number when asked twice. We tried to contact him twice about the issues and received no reply. We will report him to the state and local authorities. I would give -5 stars if possible. You've been warned, dont let this CROOK rip you off.
