Fair pricing, very knowledgeable, and excellent quality of work. Anthony installed a water softener(none previously installed) and a 3 stage whole house water filtration system. Hands down, one of the cleanest and best installs we've ever had! Anthony really knows his stuff and was super cool too! Please consider this a zero star review. It is 4:00 PM in Lincoln Park on N Dayton Street. I live very close to multiple schools and playgrounds and there are children everywhere. This company sent a staff member with a terrible attitude and an even worse vocabulary. It was obvious that the hated his job and and that he was not knowledgeable in what he was doing. He loudly said ""F***"" every chance he got and engaged in solitary diatribes that I could only describe as profane. Examples of his rants included ""Where the f**** is that thing?!"", ""It's the wrong f****en size, and it's made in f****en Vietnam"". It went on and on inside and outside of the premises. Completely unprofessional, ignorant and inconsiderate. Do not hire.

I couldn't give a zero or i would have. I made an appointment. He didn't come, he didn't call to say he was delayed or couldn't make it. No service at all.

I used these guys for an emergency,came right away. I needed a garbage disposal installed after a new dishwasher was installed, when it drains the noise is so loud from the water going down the drain. I called and the guy said it was my dishwasher ( brand new Bosch ) and I should call an appliance guy . I told him out of courtesy he should come look at it since I paid 675.00 for the work he did I really didnt have the money to do that I don't think I need to do that but I did at 125.00 he says I need to call a plumber. I am very disappointed and will not recommend them. Good work but doesn't follow up and doesn't accept that he did something incorrectly.

Anthony removed Old Hot Water Heater, put in new one, upgraded my sink, had all the parts, installed the guts of toilet tank with professionalism, efficiency, problem solver, delivers solutions to jobs, all given a fair shake. Mostly, he cares to get you up and running. Highly recommended.

Eric I can't thank you enough. To tell everyone a long story short my wife put a science experiment down the garbage disposal !! I called spring Grove Plumbing and was upset he told me don't be mad it's repairable I will be there in a couple hours so then he even text me when he was 20 minutes away not used to having customer service like this so it gets better not only did he unclog all my drains he had a vacuum to keep it clean while he was rodding my pipes. That is exceptional if u ask me he didn't treat me like a customer he treated me like a human being !!! This was the best experience we have ever had so hey to the public this is your man if you need anything with plumbing this is your guy he puts his customers and his work first five stars in my book!!!!

Erik helped me out with a new brewery in Waukegan lots of technical work. I highly recommend this company they have the best prices with the best guarantees I've seen in the business. And his work is very professional and up to code.

this was one of the worst experiences of service I have ever had, not too mention I recently found the broken vase that this plumber left me hidden on a shelf so I wouldn't notice it right away.
If you are smart, you will go elsewhere and find someone who is honest and does good work.
