I was referred to this company by a contractor Id previously used. My heater wouldn't start after getting new oil so I called. They told me it would be 24-48 hours before they could get to me as ""you aren't the only one without heat."" 48 hours later they hadn't come and when I asked the secretary where I was on the list was told they would get to me when they could. I finally called other companies after day 3 without heat. At least other companies that didn't have time to get to me gave me contact info of other companies that they said would do work well and quickly.

Wouldn't call these guys. They missed out on other services I need done. All it takes is honest instead of leading people on. Finally got heat on day 5
