Greg Sprague is wonderful! My daughter is expecting a baby and of course the water heater went out. Saturday night of all things. I called him and he set an appointment for Sunday morning, then helped me troubleshoot it on the phone and said if that doesn't work I will see you in the morning, otherwise call me back. I had a plumbing emergency (the worst kind of plumbing need) and water had flooded the cabinet under sink. Greg was at my house that afternoon to fix some loose pipe fittings. He returned twice more because the water was actually caused by two separate problems: the loose pipe fittings and a loose hose from a recent dishwasher installation Not only did Greg come over twice more on a weekend, he only charged me for the original service call plus materials.

As a new homeowner who can't fix anything and has had to rely on a small army of installers and repairmen over the past month -- some good, some bad, some crooked -- I appreciate people like Greg all the more. He's conscientious, honest, skilled and trustworthy. That's about as good as it gets.

We had Greg install the fixtures for our remodeled kitchen- the installation went perfectly, and our interactions were all impressive. Greg went out his way to meet our scheduling needs, made an extra trip before the installation to be sure he would have all the necessary parts, and answered all our questions cheerfully and thoroughly. Greg Sprague did a terrible job installing sink and shower in my home. The sink leaked through three repair attempts, and he had the nerve to tell me that the gunk in the pan was not from the sink because i must have put it there from somewhere else...NO, it was seepage from the drain fixtures that he sealed improperly - THEN the shower would not turn OFF. Greg would not return six phone calls with six messages asking for help. He would not even return my call to say he was not available. I had to call a different plumber, who was astonished at the poor quality of the installations ...luckily SOS plumbing charges by the HOUR and they were able to fix three of his bad jobs during their time here. Greg has not returned my messages or my calls, and i NEVER even got a reply to any request for help!! Never!. THAT IS WHY I WROTE THIS HONEST REVIEW - BAD BUSINESS IS BAD BUSINESS
