Lorenzo replaced the rusted plumbing for our on-demand water heater including a shutoff for the flush kit which no longer worked. His job was quick, neat and much more professional looking.

I would definitely use Spot-on Plumbing's services in the future.

My whole experience was awesome. They're honest hard-working people who know what they're doing I never have had good plumbing service like this in Austin. Seriously it is nice ti find honest people in the industry. I have been raked over the coals by big name companies. I will call Spot on next time i need a plumber. I wish i would have had found them sooner. I highly recommend them. Thank you again.

Our upstairs bathroom shower leaked and we hired a different company who put temporary bolts to keep the pipes together, left a huge mess and the faucet was still leaking, because we are not plumbers we tried to hold it together with putty and caulk (not a good idea). after a couple of months, we noticed the putty was chipping and there was water coming through whenever we turned to shower head on. we called yesterday around 3 and they came this morning at 10 AM. The lady on the phone was super sweet and helpful. LORENZO was super descriptive and walked us through prices and got the job done before I had to get my son from school AND he cleaned up and even patched as many of the holes that he could. I 100% recommend them, if we have another plumbing emergency we will be calling them. THANK YOU!

Finding a plumber on a Saturday night isn't for the faint of heart. Especially when we had to turn off the water main, due to a cracked spigot, to avoid watering the neighborhood. We made 4 calls, and no one could come until Tuesday. Spot-On Plumbing, answered the phone, and got us scheduled ASAP.... they even sent their master mechanic (who wasn't on at the time) out in about an hour. Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced for a weekend emergency. I highly recommend this local business! Well done Spot-On, well done!

They were able to help me out in a short timeframe with a leak, and I felt they were very fair! I certainly didn't feel taken advantage of. Polite and did an excellent job!

Great work. Water heater went out. Came out next day. Needed pressure regulator also. Cleaned up after themselves and made the whole process easy. Highly recommended.

I called on a Sat at 1:30 pm and a tech was at my house by 4:00. They fixed the pressure issue in my house, and was up and running by 6:00 pm. No extra fees added for a weekend visit or 'emergency' charge.

I have a water heater that will need replacing in the future and these will be the guys I go with.

First, you should know that in 2024, to buy a basic 50 gallon tall water tank heater and have it installed starts at a price of about $2,000 and goes up from there. I got about 5 different estimates, and they didn't vary more than a hundred bucks from one another. If you buy your water heater at a big-box store then hire the plumber to install it, the total charge is almost exactly the same. I was shocked at how much they cost today as the last one I purchased was about 10 years ago and it cost about 1,200.00 then with installation. So with that said, there are no "cheap" plumbers around.

But if you want great customer service that goes above and beyond average, Spot-On Plumbing was amazing. I decided to buy the heater from them as well so I didn't have to do anything. They will come to your home to give you an estimate, but I didn't think that was necessary so I sent them photos of the heater and told them it was a "tall" gas heater." They show up the next day and turns out it was not a tall gas heater, it was a short one. They also said that the new short gas heater was a lot larger round due to all the extra insulation the government requires now. That meant the short one would NOT fit through the closet door! My mistake for telling them it was a tall heater, but it looked tall to me.

Fortunately, I happened to already have a 240 volt electrical outlet there and they had an electric water heater that would fit the space without having to do anything but remove the exhaust going to the roof vent since electric heaters don't have to be vented. So they had to make an extra trip back to Round Rock to exchange the heaters. When they got back they had the new water installed, the gas capped off from the old gas heater, and new supply lines run in a very short time.

If you need a water heater, and you need it installed, then you can't beat them for price They came right the next morning and we had hot water again in no time. They also removed the old water heater as well. Just remember that no matter who you call, the opening price right now is pretty much $2,000 - $2,100 for the basic water heater including installation.N
