TERRIBLE! I have no hot water or heat for my home. Sportsman has been out to my home several times to fix my boiler and it still won't work properly. On the most recent service call our technician removed a part and took It back to the shop, not long after the owner of the company called to tell us he wasn't sending our technician or anyone else back to fix the problem. He stated the reason was we ""yelled at the technician"" which never happened.
Their service calls take around four hours for the guy to come out, remove a part, and order a new one. Expensive.
The review from Terrance is a fake add this is the guy who bought out Sportsman's and it is now Shroeders and it is a terrible terrible company.
I'm glad we are no longer with them.

WORST plumbing experience I've had in 50 years of plumbing repairs. They price gouge! They sent two plumbers to do a replacement that 1 less experienced plumber could have done. They took twice as long as necessary on what easy job. They did not finish the job, and left the homeowner without running water. The owner of Sportsman's knows how to brown nose but if he can get way with it he'll treat you like crap!!

AND they did it to a low income elderly widow with very little means!

Clayton was prompt, friendly and professional! Fixed our problem pretty quickly, explained basic maintanance, and took a quick look and made recommendations on other things in this 100yr old house that may need attention in the next few years.

Great service - will be using him again in the future!

I want to start off by saying I called on a weekend for emergency service, I knew the rate going into the repair BUT the gentleman that was sent to my home showed up in his personal vehicle with NOTHING. No tools, or parts. I explained in great detail over the phone what needed to be replaced so they were well aware it was a shut off valve to a toilet. I fully expected to pay an hours worth of labor (even though the fix took 20 minutes once he had the CORRECT parts and tools) plus parts...4 HOURS LATER! This gentleman had to leave TWICE to get parts and tools not to mention the multiple times he had to step outside to take or make phone calls that I was also charged for. He discussed the bill with his boss but only an hour worth of labor was taken off my bill. Needless to say, I will go without before I ever call Sportsman's again.

These guys are great! They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain our AC problem. They gave us several options and were helpful in deciding the best option for our needs, and the cost was very affordable. Cant say enough good things about Brian and his team. Great Job Guys!
