We have called Spolidoro Plumbing several times for a variety of plumbing issues, they are prompt, courteous and fair. Simply the best!

Very responsive plumbing outfit and wanted this to work out because it's so hard to get a plumber out these days but this outfit didn't prove to be of much help. I had called and left a voicemail since there had been water in the basement after a rainstorm and also a leak. I didn't receive confirmation they could do anything and instead they showed up without any type of heads up. They took a look in the basement and said our sump pump was working properly so they saw no need to fix that but did offer to fix our leak. A month later another rain storm arrives and our sump pump was certainly not working and the pipe they had initially fixed was leaking again. Turns out we did need a new sump pump and had to hire a different outfit to redo the piping to fix the leak. We eventually did get a refund for the work they did and I would have liked to refer them after receiving it since I'm sure they had the intention of fixing the problems we had. Unfortunately, they left an extremely petty message in the note of the check which made it clear they were providing us the refund very begrudgingly. Not sure why you'd want to burn bridges with a new homeowner as we'll need plenty of plumbing work in the future.

Literally cannot say enough great things about this company. Every time I call them, they are at my house within an hour or two. The plumbers are pleasant and clean up after themselves. The prices are reasonable and the plumbers did a good job of explaining their work/process to me. Will definitely be calling them for my future heating or plumbing needs!

Spolidoro & Sons did not install the boiler in our home correctly and as a result, the hot water comes and goes... cold showers are never fun!

So we called... and called... and emailed... And got no response for more than a week... and when we finally got an appointment (and re-arranged work schedules), the technician/plumber never showed up! And they still have failed to remedy the situation even once alerted to the no-show. These guys are LAME - don't use them! The worst customer service! And clearly, given the installation screw-up, they are not too adept at dealing with super-efficient boilers.
