Then, Taylor stopped by and did the job for $200 in under an hour. Not to mention he ran the rooter to the city line TWICE, collecting video footage BOTH TIMES to assure that the line had been adequately cleared. Taylor's work and business plan is efficient, authentic, and thorough.

This company has been around for a long time, they recently got rid of their roof and clean out cap fees. That way there is no surprise charges on your bill. I love this when I bring my clients to do their inspection and its always the $99 plus tax and that's it. 107.61 after tax. Unless of course they have to pull a toilet and re-seal it, its only $30, that's $100 cheaper than everyone else.

Spokane Rooter is like the uber of drain cleaning services. They have a text that gets sent to you when they are on their way and you can track them live without a app just like uber, so cool. They have a shield and tray that blocks the drain clean machines from spraying drops of water on everything. These guys do it right and they are caught up to 2018. This company is the bees knees!

Horrible customer service! Dishonest employees and absolutely horrible experience. Didn't even show up to the appointment for a service I set up. Hung up on me. I posted a review on Google, with photos as they basically called me a liar, and they deleted it just like they do with their other unhappy customers. Which I found out more when calling around for other companies to assist. Please do not fall victim to this company who will leave people stranded when they need help. And call customers a liar and try to hide their mistakes.
