S B.My husband received an estimate from a young man from this Company. It was a very high bill but we needed a new pump right away. We agreed to their bill.
They we efficient and did a good job (as far as we know) at this time).
However when they came in to collect the bill payment, they billed us for six hours and were only there for 2.5 hours. At 185.00 an hour! There shop is very close to our property
They doubled the price of the needed parts by 2x which I guess is mark up. Mark up was expected but not at double cost to them
On the bill they stated that we w needed a now tank that hold reserves in the house , but they had not even looked at that tank, other than the outside of tank that was fairly new!
I checked other pump places and the bids were 700.00 to 800. Less than these guys and then they pull this off .
I have written to their boss and written two other times. Zero response! Very disappointed!!!
