These guys were very professional and knew their business. Justin came and replaced our water heater, fixed a water hammer issue and at my request re-plumbed some copper tubing that needed to be replaced. Mike came and replaced a faulty furnace igniter and condensation pump on the furnace. They both called ahead of time, arrived on time, gave a good estimate, cleaned up afterwards and were a pleasure to deal with. They probably aren't the least expensive but their work was first rate and worked correctly the first time. Very low hassle business transaction which I appreciate.

I moved out of state but own a property in Spokane. The hot water to the place had cut off completely. I called over the weekend and got it scheduled for a Monday morning. Justin came out, inspected everything and called me back right away to go over options. In no time at all, he had it all fixed up better than it was and running properly. The guys at Spokane, plumbing and heating are exceptional. However, it seems that there is no way to get them to come out and do work for you anymore. I'm not sure if they're just too busy or what, but they don't seem to answer their phones anymore or reply to voicemails or texts.it really is a shame, because they do great work at a reasonable price.

The previous plumber said the clogged floor drain in the basement was not fixable. He said I would need to have the drain pipe dug out of the cement floor and replaced. I hired Spokane Plumbing and Heating to do that.
When he came out, Sam asked if I would mind if he tried to fix it before digging the pipe up. Of course not. He quickly figured out that the drain's clean out cover was buried under the cement. He unburied the cap, had to sawzalled it off, then easily fixed the problem. I'll call them first, next time.

I needed a plugged toilet fixed and called Spokane Plumbing & Heating, as they gave me great service in the past. I called on a Monday and they were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning! They stayed in touch and kept me posted of their expected time of arrival. They showed up, wore booties, went to right to work and did a great job, completed in minutes. I highly recommend them! This company is friendly, honest and fair.

Heat was on but we were freezing. We all had bad colds. Blower was working but no hot air. 30 degrees outside and it was snowing. The interior temp of the house was 57 and diving. It was 4 PM. Went to Yelp. Most of the other HVAC companies closed at 4PM. Their page said he was open 24 hours. I called the number and Sam the owner answered the phone.

He was here by 5:30 PM. A component was blown and we had heat by 6:30.

Hero of the day. He did not jack us up with an end of day legit request. Best service ever!!!
