We used Yelp to find a plumber at about 5 pm on a Saturday. Not a good feeling on a weekend!
Our toilet was leaking, the shower drain was starting to flood & water was leaking onto the kitchen floor!
Sam received the Yelp request & was at our place in 45 minutes! He accessed the drain outside and used his auger to blast through some tree roots. He struggled & worked for an hour to clear the pipes.
Thank goodness for his willingness to help us. We were scared we'd have to remove the toilet or dig up the pipes outside.
For a fair price, he gave us back the use of our shower, bathroom & kitchen again!
If we ever need help like this again, I sure as heck hope that Spokane Plumbing is available! Thanks again!

The plumber that came out had trouble replacing my copper pipe and had to call for backup. Fortunately, they didn't charge me for the extra time.

However, I had another issue a few weeks later and had trouble getting a hold of them. I left a voice mail and sent them an email and they never responded.

Spokane Plumbing and Heating was prompt and courteous, did the job quickly. Good price, good work, good customer service. What's not to like?

These guys were very professional and knew their business. Justin came and replaced our water heater, fixed a water hammer issue and at my request re-plumbed some copper tubing that needed to be replaced. Mike came and replaced a faulty furnace igniter and condensation pump on the furnace. They both called ahead of time, arrived on time, gave a good estimate, cleaned up afterwards and were a pleasure to deal with. They probably aren't the least expensive but their work was first rate and worked correctly the first time. Very low hassle business transaction which I appreciate.
