I needed a plugged toilet fixed and called Spokane Plumbing & Heating, as they gave me great service in the past. I called on a Monday and they were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning! They stayed in touch and kept me posted of their expected time of arrival. They showed up, wore booties, went to right to work and did a great job, completed in minutes. I highly recommend them! This company is friendly, honest and fair.

Heat was on but we were freezing. We all had bad colds. Blower was working but no hot air. 30 degrees outside and it was snowing. The interior temp of the house was 57 and diving. It was 4 PM. Went to Yelp. Most of the other HVAC companies closed at 4PM. Their page said he was open 24 hours. I called the number and Sam the owner answered the phone.

He was here by 5:30 PM. A component was blown and we had heat by 6:30.

Hero of the day. He did not jack us up with an end of day legit request. Best service ever!!!

My mother in laws pipes froze on a Saturday afternoon. I called Sam who answered right away. He came when he said he would and communicated throughout his anticipated arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. He was knowledgeable, caring, friendly and respectful. Could not have asked for a kinder person to respond to our crisis. Thank you so much! My toilet flooded in my bedroom. Called them the morning it happened and they had someone come within a couple hours and fixed it right away for a good rate too.

I first had mainstream out.
But If you want excellent service and don't want to pay an arm and a leg call Spokane plumbing and heating. When mainstream was out for a clog in the house. They came in said they have 3 different services to choose from the cheapest one was over 700.00 and went up to 1600.00 before tax. So we had him leave and i called spokane plunging and heating. In this busy time they still were able to fit us in for the next morning. That is this morning. They charge by the hour. So they said they would pull the toilet and snake it and it wouldn't be more than 2 hours. It was one hour it cost us $200.00. Im so happy with there service. Its outstanding. They where clean and respectful did there job without a dispatch fee which was 79.00 with mainstream.We are seniors and don't have over $700.00 to 800.00 or more without being in debt. This is for a simple house clog where all the house was backed up. Thank you Spokane plumbing.

Our boiler wasn't working suddenly on a weekend so we called Spokane Plumbing and Heating since they have someone available 24/7. The technician came and figured out the problem and even replaced the very old thermostat for us. We were more than happy with the work he did and the care he took with the project. Our only complaint was the final cost, though it was the weekend so...We didn't realize that we'd be paying for the travel time of the technician in addition to the cost per hour which was steep. We would call them again thanks to the very prompt and complete service we received though we may shop around for the rates of other companies first.

Our toilet was clogged somewhere deep - because it was still flushing just very slowly! Sam and his kiddo were out here in no time and had it fixed with in 10 mins!! Very professional and I was very gracious for their service!! I Highly recommend!

It is with some reluctance that I write this review, because it is not entirely a positive one. I tried to avoid it by emailing the company two times, but did not get a response at all!

The company was quite responsive, arriving on time, and the technician did an excellent job in repairing our AC. I did not check around much about an hourly rate, but $180 per hour seems on the steep side to me compared to other companies in town. The issue I had was that I was charged for some training time for a young man who was in training at my house under the lead technician. This is an unacceptable business practice. I was so shocked when I saw the bill that instead of bringing up the issue right away I went ahead and signed it and wrote the check. 15 minutes later I remained very disturbed by the fact that an extra $50 was tacked onto my bill for this young man to be trained during the service call to my house!! Be forewarned that this company seems to charge a very high hourly rate and may try to charge you for a new employee being trained.

The blurb that the company writes in their advertisement on Yelp seems very nice and that's what I was hoping to find: a company I could count on in the future. Due to the lack of response and this additional cost I can't see how I would ever feel comfortable hiring them again.
