i paid my copay to my insurance company to get work done on my place in september and i am still waiting to hear back from the company. my insurance company has called them and i have and we have both gotten no response. you would think companies need the work but i guess not but, at least call my insurance company and tell them you cant take the job so another company can. why make me wait for 4months or longer!!!!!

I needed to have my water heater replaced and scott was recommended by a Lowes employee. He said he would do the job, including supplying the water heater, for $1200. It took him about an hour. Home Depot sells this water heater for about $400, so for an hours work he made about $800. This guy has absolutely no scruples and really takes advantage of people. I would never use him again or recommend him to anyone. I Iive in a mobile home and nobody seems to like working on them, so you get used to being overcharged, but this guy takes overcharging to a whole new level.

Scott is Prompt, Courtesy, Clean and reliable. Best of all, I didn't feel as if I was over-charged as was the case with past plumbers in the area.
