I never review but had to give a 5 star to Splash Plumber. Tom was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I had an under kitchen sink leak which he fixed in no time at a very fair price. My call was returned same day and he was able to come out the very next morning. I couldn't be happier with the service. I will absolutely call Splash Plumber again if I need the service!

It shouldn't be surprising when a plumber shows up on time, tells you what the problem is, and then fixes the problem for the price he quoted. After 20 years of being a homeowner, however, I have realized that this is actually pretty unusual. Thomas came on time, told me the problem and the price to fix it, went to buy the (slightly obscure) part, fixed the problem, cleaned up, and charged me exactly what he'd quoted. If anything else leaks, this will be the plumber I call.

They were able to come out on relatively short notice for a non urgent issue. Guys were knowledgeable and the price was less than half of what was quoted to me by a contractor I was using for a larger project. I'd definitely use them again.

I have extremely high expectations for customer service so when a company gets 5 stars from me it is because they go above and beyond the call of duty to please their customers. Tom has helped me out with a few plumbing problems at my rental properties and he seems genuinely concerned about helping me fix them in a timely manner and at what I consider very reasonable prices. I am not surprised to hear that this business has been doing well; it is obvious that word has spread about the quality service they deliver!

Tom. What can I say that will convince you that he's the guy to call? Well, he is every good thing that others have stated on this platform. Professional, punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Ask him any question, he will answer and explain whatever you need clarification on regarding plumbing. He's personable and has a calm demeanor. His rates are fair in my opinion. My mom is planning to use him in the near future as well. Oh yeah, when Tom arrives, he comes to work, he doesn't mess around. He arrives ready to get the job done. This is a trait I most certainly appreciate. Tom and 4 of his plumbers tackled and successfully rodded a severely clogged up 6"" sewer line out to the city main. They were all very professional and careful while inspecting inside my house putting down plastic and coverings on my floors. All of my questions and concerns were answered appropriately. For the hard and difficult work the cost was reasonable. In closing I wholeheartedly recommend Splash Plumber to fix and clear out any stubborn clogs. Tom came and did our plumbing for a kitchen sink/disposal and master bathroom after a renovation. I won't ever use anyone besides Tom for plumbing repairs now. There are lots of choices out there but Tom has been great! He's very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Their response time was excellent. Installation at a reasonable price, including a run to Home Depot to get the particular brand garbage disposal I wanted, all in less than 18 hours from my first contact with them.
